The cake was perfect, and delicious! Despite it being the height of graduation season, we were able to get a cake for our grandson's 3rd birthday without hassle. Staff was super helpful and friendly when we picked it up

I purchased this vake for my 7 year old grandson's birthday party. It was a huge hit! It was moist and tasted delicious. The icing was very sweet , which we loved. The best part was the price.

The cake did taste delicious but the bakery was out of the “carts” and substituted rings which was a bummer.

Cake was very cute but it was dry and stale tasting. I put the order in almost a week ahead with a specific pick up date, I think they made it right away but it sat there for the whole week and was no longer fresh.

Great concept/design but poor execution. The cake was wrinkly with a line down the middle. The outline of the icing also did not look consistenr. Otherwise, it was okay. It looks like one person did it but it likely needed help to ensure the picture was applied smoothly. Dont also bother going to the bakery. Just order online. Afrer visiting the bakery, I ended up ordering on my phone in the car. In-store, they were not helpful and you're lucky if you get greeted. The gentleman at pick-up was friendly. Of course you only see the final product at pickup and you're stuck with it so brace yourself. Sam's Club online catalog also shows a race car themed cake. After telling the associate in-store thats the one we wanted (with the cake %23) she said they dont have any race car themed cakes and thats probably Walmart. Clearly I know the difference between the two stores and told her the cake %23 from online. She said "show me" like I made it up. Of course I pulled it right online on my phone. She goes "oh that is so old" referencing the digital catalog. Silly rabbit. As a customer, how would I know. Sams Club also needs to remove thar cake catalog because it is deceptive. Anyway, we used this cake for a Fast One (race car) themed birthday party. We tried to cover up the mishaps.

If i had time to order from somewhere else after I saw the cake I would have. Unfortunately I had my five year old grandson with me. That was just happy to see Mario. Cake was lopsided and frosting used for edges was not to the edge. Then when the cake was placed on the cardboard bottom it was crooked. So when it was closed with the plastic cover it smeared frosting on the backside. Pictures are on my Google review for the Sam's Club in Harker Heights, Texas.

Went to pick up cake and they had no Mario or Luigi cars. I had to go to party store and purchase my own decorations

Poor image quality. Won’t order again.
