Was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to adjust the bench to different positions between incline and up straight along with the adjustability of the seat pad. It’s the little things that makes this stand out like the hooks for the resistance bands and the underneath storage for a slam ball and dumbells. It has a good quality feel to it making it feel like it would last a good long time even after heavy use!
