This cake was exactly like it showed it online. It was very fresh delicious my friend‘s granddaughter loved it. Everyone that ate it actually loved it. It was perfect size. Very cute and adorable. The decorations are cute and you can save them to bake cookies with the cookie cutters were a great touch

We loved this cake! It’s a cute design and our Sam’s club left the decor in its bag so we could place the pieces ourselves. I liked that because she got to do a little decorating of her own cake.

The bakery team did a wonderful job on this cake. It was perfect. They gave me the Hello Kitty accessories separately which I appreciate. My grand-daughter uses the accessories in her play kitchen. The cake tasted great too. I will definitely use Sam’s for any future cake orders. Being able to order online is an added bonus.

We were planning on buying a cake from another big box store, and I was going to do the Hello Kitty decorations myself on top of a white half sheet cake. I was not looking forward to it. it takes a lot of time and much stress. We are glad we checked out the custom cake section on your website and were able to find the Hello Kitty cake with the assistance of your Utah, Provo location bakery manager. We are so pleased with how it turned out, how the cake tasted, how beautiful and cute it looked, and how we were able to come early to pick it up. It was convenient. We would definitely buy this cake again and more in the future. And we highly recommend your bakery. This was our first time buying a cake from Sam’s Club. 5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful cake, but they failed to give us the extra decorations and I didn’t have time to go back and grab them. The flavor itself was okay, I prefer their whipped cream over buttercream; nonetheless, buttercream is the only option. The kids demolished the cake and it was gone by the end of the party.

Delicious and beautiful cake ! But had two issues. Minor issue was the Birthday message was done in purple instead of the requested pink color. Major issue was when picking up. I wasn't acknowledged for several uncomfortable minutes as the attendant looked my way three different times but didn't approach me until i made an uncomfortable wave and voiced that I was there for a pick-up. No greeting, just asked for my name and returned with the cake.

The cake was delicious as always, and super cute. My only complaint is the 3 decorative Hello Kitty pieces aren't solid pieces. Each character is in two separate pieces, and the top piece (Hello Kitty) falls through the exterior if a little plastic piece isn't placed inside to hold it up. Its difficult to explain, but suffice it to say they were disappointing and worthless after eating the cake. I thought my granddaughters would like to play with them, but they were basically trash. They served their purpose, but that was it. If it weren't for that, I'd have rated it a 5.

Cake image was horribly misaligned, bubbles were noticeable underneath the image, the blue border piping was not uniform. The cake wasn’t flat either, it was curved if you look at it from an angle. Essentially, this looked like the work of a novice baker. I was so sad when I picked up this cake and wanted to start a return immediately, but the customer service line was 9 people long and I didn’t have the time to wait for it. My 6 year old and her little friends didn’t notice the flaws, but it was embarrassing to serve the cake in front of the adults. Taste was ok, but if you care about how the cake looks, I recommend getting it from somewhere else.

This cake would have been great, however when I went to pick it up the decorations were not available= the little rolling pin and cookie cutouts that go on top. That was the reason for ordering the Hello Kitty cake.
