This cake was exactly like it showed it online. It was very fresh delicious my friend‘s granddaughter loved it. Everyone that ate it actually loved it. It was perfect size. Very cute and adorable. The decorations are cute and you can save them to bake cookies with the cookie cutters were a great touch

We loved this cake! It’s a cute design and our Sam’s club left the decor in its bag so we could place the pieces ourselves. I liked that because she got to do a little decorating of her own cake.

The bakery team did a wonderful job on this cake. It was perfect. They gave me the Hello Kitty accessories separately which I appreciate. My grand-daughter uses the accessories in her play kitchen. The cake tasted great too. I will definitely use Sam’s for any future cake orders. Being able to order online is an added bonus.

This cake is as such a hit!! Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good it was! I think I might have recruited a couple new samsclub members! The cake decor was perfect and so cute for some reason can’t upload pics but it was out ask shown and so yummy

We were planning on buying a cake from another big box store, and I was going to do the Hello Kitty decorations myself on top of a white half sheet cake. I was not looking forward to it. it takes a lot of time and much stress. We are glad we checked out the custom cake section on your website and were able to find the Hello Kitty cake with the assistance of your Utah, Provo location bakery manager. We are so pleased with how it turned out, how the cake tasted, how beautiful and cute it looked, and how we were able to come early to pick it up. It was convenient. We would definitely buy this cake again and more in the future. And we highly recommend your bakery. This was our first time buying a cake from Sam’s Club. 5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious and beautiful cake ! But had two issues. Minor issue was the Birthday message was done in purple instead of the requested pink color. Major issue was when picking up. I wasn't acknowledged for several uncomfortable minutes as the attendant looked my way three different times but didn't approach me until i made an uncomfortable wave and voiced that I was there for a pick-up. No greeting, just asked for my name and returned with the cake.

Beautiful cake, but they failed to give us the extra decorations and I didn’t have time to go back and grab them. The flavor itself was okay, I prefer their whipped cream over buttercream; nonetheless, buttercream is the only option. The kids demolished the cake and it was gone by the end of the party.

I ordered a Hello Kitty Cake 5 or 6 days ahead of time. When I picked the cake up it was a totally different designed Hello Kitty Cake than I had ordered. I picked the cake up the day of the party on the way the. When they brought the cake out I let them know it wasn't the cake I ordered. So because of the time of the party which started in 40min and the fact that I took a picture of the cake and sent it to my daughter which approved of the cake I didn't continue to make a big deal about it. In the future if a customer orders a certain design and it can't be done please notify the customer.

I usually love Sam’s Club cakes, but I was honestly disappointed with the custom Hello Kitty cake I ordered for my daughter’s birthday. The online design shows the Hello Kitty image stretched across the entire half-sheet cake, which is what I expected when placing my order. Instead, the edible image was printed much smaller and centered, leaving a large amount of plain white frosting around it. It made the cake look unfinished and much cheaper than the advertised design. The cake itself tasted good, but the presentation was disappointing, especially for a birthday cake. I wish the design had matched the online example or that I had been told beforehand that the image would be significantly smaller. Hopefully Sam’s can be more consistent with their advertised designs in the future.

The cake itself tasted good like usual with Sam's club cakes, but 1. I expected it to be 1 big picture instead of it being split in 2 and placed together, they did a horrible job at placing it, my daughters birthday message looked awful! and they didn't even put the toys on the cake. also I asked if I could leave feedback about the cake boxes they absolutely suck each and every time I get a cake it's in the plastic box it never closes it's like it basically just sits on there half the time it stays open because it's to cheap. I was told sorry it's out of my hands... maybe take my feedback and send it higher up... a cardboard box say like the ones at Meijers or any other bakery is a far better option than the cheap flimsy packages. the side of my cake even got smashed due to the kid popping back open and the cake board sliding. at least with a cardboard box it's fitted in the box and the box can be taped on each side.
