I have been seeing ads for awhile now talking about mushroom coffee, so I finally decided to give it a try. Now, I can say I am a believer, it still smells and tastes like coffee, I personally don't notice the mushrooms at all. It did have an orangish tint, but still brewed normal, though had a lighter final color. I am not a hot coffee drinker, so I brew a pot and keep it in the fridge to make ice coffee in the mornings and honestly this comes together better than my usual coffee brand.

After I drank a Free Sample and walked around the store, I noticed that my mind started clearing out, so I went back and bought the product. This is nice because you're not having to have a large strong coffee to wake-up, but with this mushroom/coffee mix, I just measure out regular strength for a large mug to clear mind and not feeling strained, or energy crash later on in the day.

I am definitely impressed with VitaCup Mushroom Focus Coffee! It smelled delicious while it was brewing. While drinking I noticed the consistency is like regular coffee and it exceptionally smooth and tasty. I did drink it in the afternoon and it kept me awake where regular coffee normally does not. Overall, I recommend giving VitaCup a try.

I made the coffee as I normally do with my normal brew. I always use a 10 cup Technivorm Moccamaster machine and I used approximately 8 tablespoons for the 10 cup pot. It smelled delightful as it was brewing and once I tasted it, it was not bitter. I was pleasantly surprised by how rich and flavorful it was. After I tasted it black I did make my normal coffee with cream and a little flavored syrup and it was delicious. My life is so important in 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend it based on flavor alone. It was very dark and rich looking. The consistency was similar to all of my other coffees. There was no unpleasant aftertaste, and there was limited acidity.

The coffee exceeded my expectations. I was not expecting it be so smooth and flavorful. There is no bitter taste. Loving the added ingredients of lions mane, chaga, and B vitamins. No jitters. Great aroma and it brewed perfectly in my espresso maker!

I’m one for adding cream and sugar to my coffee and this coffee has such a smooth mellow flavor that I drank it black. I suffer from daily brain fog and was happily impressed with the improved focus and mental clarity. It’s a wonderful way to start your day.

This is the first time trying a Mushroom coffee & I was pleasantly surprised that it has a great taste & has great aroma. I was afraid that it would be bitter & have a weird off smell after reading reviews from other brands in general but I really liked it. I've been drinking a cup in the mornings for over a week now & though I'm not sure it makes a huge difference in focus & clarity, but I figured the added vitamins like B12 & folate along with the mushroom,Lion's mane, & Chaga definitely are a bonus. Also it comes in a resealable package.

This is a very unique coffee. At first I was skeptical about a mushroom coffee. Surprisingly it isn't bad. It is a medium roast coffee which is a change since I usually drink dark coffee but it still has its unique flavor to it. I only drink one cup a day and I have enjoyed this change lately. The mushrooms give you extra brain focus and really does seem to work. This has opened my eyes to a alternate form of coffee for my morning routine.

When I told my friend I was gonna review some mushroom coffee she was all, “gross, there are literally half a dozen bags of that stuff in the break room people can't even give away.” So to say I was apprehensive about this product might have been an understatement. But imma always be tempted by something new. I don't know what all the fuss is about! This stuff is great! I don't have space for a big ol' machine so I've just been doing pour over cups of this everyday for the last week. Doesn't taste anymore like dirty mushrooms than a typical cup of coffee does. 😆 It's described as a medium roast and I'd say it's closer to dark. It's really strong plain. Has a good bit of tang that disappates quickly after you swallow. My favorite way to drink it was sweetened, mixed with half and half and poured over ice. So maybe if you like it black it might not be your favorite. Do the mushrooms have me thinking more clearly? I can't tell. I have five kids and always think I'm on this side of crazy. But I love feeling like I'm getting some kind of health benefits with my daily brew. Give me all the vitamins!

I was really looking forward to trying this coffee as I've reviewed the benefits but the taste did not do it for me. It was a little too earthy for my liking and didn't seem to be as strong as I would have liked. I tried adding more sugar and creamer to help tame the earthiness but I just couldn't get past the dirt taste.
