The cake was delicious & the cost was so reasonable for the size I purchased.

Delicious cake! Frosting wasn't too sweet, chocolate cake wasn't dried out. Nice and moist. The sonic kit that came with the cake was in a bag so we could put it on where we wanted to, which was thoughtful.

Ordered online as instructed for a chocolate cake for a child's birthday party. Called the Sam's Club location with order number to confirm order was for a chocolate cake. Received confirmation of order. Picked up as scheduled, drove 150 miles with the cake for a large party. When serving, the cake was found to be yellow cake - not chocolate as ordered and previously confirmed with order number with the bakery days before.

Not sure what's going on with our Sam's Club that the prints aren't ever lined up and they're always lumpy. My friend's cakes from the other local Sam's never look like this. For some reason the message was wrote on the bottom of the cake and was kind of hard to see as it's the same color as the border. . This cake was super dense and not as fluffy as they usually are. Just a poor job on this one all around and not the first time cakes from this club have looked like this. I'll be going to the other location from now on even though it's further out.

Can’t upload a picture. The printout didn’t match up in most places and there were bubbles everywhere. The message wasn’t handwritten. Just super disappointed.
