We absolutely love our Serta mattress! At first, it felt a bit stiff, but after a few days of breaking it in, it became incredibly comfortable. We made the switch from our previous pillow top options because they kept breaking down too quickly, and we're so pleased with our decision. This mattress provides great support and feels much more durable. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

Very comfortable and firm which we Like.

Have been sleeping on the mattress for about 3 weeks. Me and my partner like different firmnesses. I am a side sleepersnd they are side and back sleeper. We got the medium firm with a pillow top and it comfortable for both of us. JE

Bought mattress in April 2026, it’s now July 2026 and it is already starting to sag on one side, causing the 2nd sleeper to fall into the hole of the 1st sleeper. Not happy at all! Was told it was a good mattress and wouldn’t do this.. especially since it’s only been 4 months.
