[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hanes Ultimate comfort, period pack of two briefs is life-changing! These briefs are designed specifically for moderate period and bladder leaks. The briefs are made from Microfiber that is stretchy and comfortable. I like that these briefs feel silky, and they are smooth underneath clothing. The waistband has a stretch, that holds up without rolling or slipping. What sets these briefs apart, is the liner. It provides moderate absorbency leak protection equal up to three regular tampons, while also protecting against odor. They are useful for more than just periods. They also provide protection for spotting between periods, postpartum, and even bladder leaks. They are machine washable, by following the instructions. So far, I've not had any stain problems. I'm very amazed how comfortable these are to wear. The fabric is very breathable and not hot. I love everything about Hanes Ultimate comfort, period briefs. My only "con" is that I wish they had been around years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered size XL. I wear size 18w clothing and feel that size XL in the panties fit very well. They are comfortable to wear. However, you should be aware that they do feel bulky like you're wearing a pad. That's to be expected with this style but something to note for anyone new to these. I feel secure in them and do not worry about bladder or period leakage. I tested for the review with 15ml of water which would equal a very heavy flow in a day. There was zero leakage. The underwear are definitely more comfortable than wearing a pad or pantyliner. However, once saturated, I think they're less comfortable than wearing a saturated pad or panty liner. I can easily and discreetly change a pad or pantyliner throughout the day. But it's harder to change underwear throughout the day. That's just my personal opinion, but these are a great option If you want a period underwear that will last you through the day. I received this product in exchange for a review.

My only complaint is that weird little line in the back where the pad stops. It makes a “bump” if you will, and I feel like you can see it in leggings. Otherwise I really like them.

They can be used alone or as extra security against leaks. The Hanes moderate absorbency briefs are perfect for that reason. My daughter tends to have heavy flow in the beginning of her cycle and uses it in conjunction with a pad-she’s never had any issues with leaks. At the end of her flow, she used the panties on their own and they worked so well! They are very absorbent and the best part is there is absolutely no odor as well. Since they are external to the body, you don’t need to be worried about the cons that come with products like tampons. They are also very easily washed-handwash or throw them in the washing machine (I would do a load by itself with just the panties for obvious reasons). They are true to size and very comfortable. Soft and not bulky at all. I would love to see some more designs, but I love the concept and would recommend to anyone looking for period panties that are great value and comfortable.

At first I was so unsure about these but to my Suprise they worked well and Fit Well . They are very comfortable and clean well . No more worrying about bleeding through. Im happy to have found these.

She said that they are very comfortable and work well! They do feel a little thick around the protected area, but I think that’s pretty standard for period underwear.

Usually with period underwear i have to size up to keep them from being super tight but these fit exactly as they should. Very absorbent. On a regular day i am able to wear them all day and not feel anything.

These period underwear are comfortable to wear I actually wear them when I know I'm about to start so I don't need to worry about any accidents. They are true to size. The fit is amazing. They absorb nicely. I always worry about how they will be after washing and these still work great and keep their fit after washing. I feel more confident while wearing these. I will definitely be getting more. I highly recommend them.
