Salesman Nidebele was very helpful both before the purchase, delivery confirmation and afterwards. Great quality but mattress is several days only......still a little firm. The salesman has followed up on this and he assures me the mattress will soften up some as compared to the demo unit at the store. No worries here. Very satisfied.

By far, the LuxeAdapt Mattress is the best mattress that my wife and I have ever slept on. We went for the Firm model since we like a harder surface and we cannot be any happier with that choice. Our bodies sink ever so slightly into the mattress when resting on it and the support feels amazing. We both wake up feeling more rested and without any back pain! This is what sleep should feel like! I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone in the market for one.

The best part is that it is soft but with a little firmness that adapts to your body. The mattress is comfortable and cool to the touch. I have had such restful sleep recently after using this luxurious mattress. I would highly recommend this to friends and family because of the positive impact on my body. If I had to compare this mattress to others I have owned in the past I would say that this one is a great investment because of the top notch quality. My previous mattresses have been cheap and have not lasted very long. I would have to get mattress toppers just to be able to sleep on it without back problems. I would purchase the Tempur-Luxe Adapt Soft mattress because it is one of the best products I have ever tested. I toss and turn at night and since I have been using this product I feel the difference because it feels like I am sleeping on a modern highly engineered mattress!

We have been hard on our bodies through the years it is rare that we can sleep through the night without waking up. That is until we purchased our tempurpedic luxe-adapt mattress. We will never sleep on anything else again.

Do NOT buy if you are a side sleeper. We purchased a "soft" King size. In store it was soft. New bed was delivered and its so firm, It's like sleeping on a carpeted floor without a pad underneath. The bed is only good if you are a back sleeper. I should not need to add comfort to a bed i've spent over $5k on.

I had issues with the sleep tracker app. But once it was reported to the store, it was immediately resolved; so now, we can see how well we are sleeping. Great company & great custmer service. This mattress has truly changed our way of sleeping. I have not had to nudge my husband when he is snoring, cuz he no longer snotes. However, it has not stopped my dog from snoring (lol).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Note: I got the product for free in exchange for writing this review, but I've been a loyal customer for over 16 years and have purchased two other Tempur-Pedic mattresses. I tried switching things up and going with a hybrid mattress and then a traditional mattress for a bit and I'm back to Tempur-Pedic because it's just the best. Things I love about the TEMPUR-Luxe Soft: - It's not hot like some memory foam mattresses can be. - I can lay on my side and not feel like I have to engage all of my muscles to avoid rolling onto my back or stomach. - It supports all of my spine and conforms to my shape. - The edges of the bed have support, so you don't feel like you're falling off the bed if you roll to the edge. - There's almost no motion transfer, so we don't wake each other up every time we change our sleeping schedules. This is a HUGE plus for me. - It has support everywhere, and doesn't have that hump in the middle of the bed AKA "no man's land". - It's not such a deep mattress that you cannot find sheets (this was a huge annoyance with the hybrid. I spent so much trying to find sheets that didn't pull off!) - The break-in period was shorter with this mattress, and I'm not sure if it's because it's a softer model, or something else, but we had one night of wondering if we had made a terrible mistake and then every night since was great. - This mattress is a soft, but keep in mind that it's a TEMPUR-Pedic soft, which in my opinion is closer to a medium firm in other mattresses. I find it the perfect firmness, but this won't be like a pillowtop or a mattress with very little support, you still have the TEMPUR support even though it's "soft". - My husband and I agree on this mattress. Even though we tend to be opposite sleepers, we can both agree on TEMPUR-Pedic.

Firm is still way to "hard" - the store warned me it would not be like the one in the store, but WOW, a bit too firm. Hoping it will soften a bit. Also the box spring is SOOO expensive and you have to purchase it otherwise you void the warranty on the bed. Feels like a bit of scam.

I LOVE this bed! It used to take me forever to fall asleep and I was always tossing and turning during the night. Now I fall asleep quickly because the mattress conforms to my body. If you are a side or back sleeper-- this is the mattress for you! My husband used to have hip pain from sleeping on his side.. after a week on this bed, his pain is completely gone! Highly recommend!

We made quite a few visits to Tempurpedic showrooms. I wanted a firm bed but this model feels softer than expected. It is called a "firm" but the Luxe Adapt has an extra layer on the top of the bed which makes it feel softer to me. When shopping for the mattress, I liked the feel of the Pro Adapt Firm. It does not have the extra layer on top and it costs less. Salespeople suggested the Pro Adapt Firm would be too firm for a side sleeper giving pressure to shoulders, hips and knees. So, I was swayed a bit by the salespeople and bought the Luxe Adapt. It's a good bed and we get a decent nights sleep. But, it just feels too soft. By the way, the delivery, installation and take of the old mattress was perfect.
