We would like to thank Step2 for letting us test the Wonderball Fun House as part of the Step2 toy tester program! My husband put the house together and that was a little long, about an hour or so. However I feel the assembly is worth the hour because it is a very sturdy toy. My daughter is 4 and has down syndrome, I was a little worried she would have a hard time figuring out how to get the balls to go into the tubes from the roof. After showing her a couple times she had it down and made my heart swell, she was so excited she kept saying "I did it!" She played non-stop for about an hour with the house. My 7 month old daughter crawled over to join her and has the designated job of stopping the balls from rolling away, even our cat got involved and was playing as well! I love that each tube offers a different outcome, the one with the mailbox is her favorite so far. I would suggest getting extra balls for it as it only comes with 10 but otherwise this toy is so much fun for everyone in our house, we love it! I would recommend this product for any child with special needs, it helps to teach cause and effect and provides tons of giggles!

Our daughter loves this and the concept is great, but I ran into issues before she ever set foot inside. First, and most importantly, the edges where pieces have been molded together were not shaved down after manufacture. As a result, there were numerous, very sharp pieces of plastic running down the middle of the molds. One of those pieces sliced my finger when I grazed it, prompting me to spend hours shaving the seams to ensure my daughter didn't run her hand over something similar. This should have been done after production. Also, one of the tube screw connections was broken. Not a huge deal, since there are seven other screws in the tube, but annoying considering the price and how much assembly was already done by the time I discovered this. Finally, set aside a couple hours of your day and have your form of stress relief handy before embarking on putting this thing together. Due to the sharp seams on almost every piece of this, I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it for anyone else.

Bought this for my 3 grandchildren (ages 1 - 2 & 3 years). They love it! Dad was able to put together with them playing with it during assembly. The 1 yr. old loves going in and out the door and putting balls on shelves. The house is very sturdy - the 3 year old sometimes climbs on top and sits on the roof, the 2 year old loves watching the balls in the tubes- the light up ball is fantastic coming down the tubes. Hours of fun and a break for mom and dad.

I have always liked Step2, because of the durability and the fact that they are pretty much weather proof. They have lasted us many, many years. It's not a shock that this Wonderball Fun Playhouse lives up to the Step2 reputation. But the best thing about it, is this is one of a kind. I have never seen a playhouse with a bunch of ball ramps and tunnels. The whole idea is created for hours of fun. It did take me appx 30-45 minutes. There were a lot of screws, especially in the posts that hold up the roof. I suggest using a battery powered electric drill to get the job done. The instructions were fairly easy to follow, but I am the mom that always assembles the toys. I wouldn't say I'm a pro, but I do have experience with building larger things than this. There are 10 balls that come with it, and I think that is a great amount. It also comes with a couple cooking pans for kids to pretend to cook with. My toddler who is 2, has played in this for hours, and has really enjoyed it! My 7 year old son loves to see how fast he can get the balls through the tubes on the roof, and they both laugh like crazy.Pros:> Comes with 10 balls and 2 pans> Lots of activities all over the playhouse for hours of fun> Very durable and can stand up to the harsh weather> The house is 33 x 36 x 42 inches> Has an open floor, making it easier to clean> Bright fun colors all over the house!Cons:> Slightly difficult to assemble, lots of screws. I suggest using a powered drill.Overall, this is fun for almost all ages and provides hours of entertainment! My kids have been having a blast with it. I purchased this for my son for christmas. So excited for him to see it all put together and everything! I know he is going to love it! It's such a fun toy, little games built into the house and nooks and crannies. It's a great aspect! It got here in 3 days I was so surprised it was that quick.I love ordering from Step2. They always go above and beyond your expectations.

The finished product, once we put it together, is lots of fun for our little one. Putting it together was way too much trouble and time consuming. This should be designed so that it is not so much trouble to put together. We had to predrill the holes for the screws in order to get them in. The company should have done this.

My granddaughter absolutely loves this ball playhouse! She got it as a gift for Christmas and plays in it 5 days a week. She just turned 2. I put a step stool beside it because she's too short to put the balls on the top. She climbs up and puts the balls in, over and over again! It wasn't too hard to put together, but you really need two people. The way my princess plays with it, I definitely recommend it. Yhis is in her bedroom with a round rug underneath. We put her chair inside and she will watch one of her shows and have a snack. I think it would hold up well outside also.

Got this for our two girls age 6 years and 16 months. This is designed for toddlers, but the 6 year old still has fun launching the balls and sitting in the house and throwing the balls on the roof. Both girls can fit in it, but it is a tight squeeze, but they don't seem to mind. The 16 month old loves opening the door, going inside, sitting and reading or playing inside and then coming out again. She will go in and out of the house over and over again! The only thing I would add to make the house even better is something for imaginative play like a stove or a flower pot with fake flowers to plant or something like that. We have it inside and it doesn't take up too much room. It would be fine for outside use as well, but I could see water being an issue since it has holes at the top for balls to go through. I would probably recommend this as an inside toy or if outside, to keep it in the garage or under a covered patio. All in all, good purchase!

First, thank you to Step2 for letting me test this item as part of the Step2 toy tester program. My husband is an engineer so assembly was not difficult for him. I watched the process, and I think I could have handled it with another set of hands. It took him less than an hour to assemble. Our son, who is 2 yrs and four months, was playing with it before it was even fully assembled. He figured out the ball tubes and the catapult with a little help from Dad. He LOVES going in the house and shutting the door. He brings his favorite toys in and plays with them. He also loves to play with the cooking implements. We have had the toy for a few weeks and my son is still very interested in his house. My only suggestion would be to perhaps include a couple more accessories or maybe a little sink. Overall, great toy, lots of fun!

I was so excited when this arrived at my door! I could tell immediately after opening that the product was sturdy. It did take me a little bit to assemble but i am not the best in that department! Once it was put together my two year old couldnt wait to play! She figured it out fast and has had hours of fun with it! My 10 year old has even enjoyed playing with it along with her. We have only kept this product in the house so far but i can tell that if we do decide to take it outside it will be so easy to clean! Over all i am extremely pleased with this product!
