Through email, I contacted customer service and provided model no. etc. Within the same day, they came back and asked for address and contact information and sent me the missing parts at no cost and free shipping! The quality of the product is excellent. I am very pleased with the product, their customer service, and their efficiency! Thank you very much Heidi @ Lifetime!!!

We use these tables at our business and love the sturdiness and well constructed nature of them. They are easily assembled by one person in less than a half hour and can't say enough positives. The only issue I have is that these things are getting harder and harder to find.

I had a problem with my picnic bench and Brenna at LIFETIME found me simuliar one right away, even thought the produce came for China and there was no way I could have gotten a replacement. Now that GREAT customer service. Stay safe everyone and let us beat this global virus.

Wrong color received. Ordered through Walmart. Says brown with bronze. Is definitely gray with gray tops. Also box EXTREMELY damaged in shipping. So surprised all the parts were there - not sure how nothing fell out of the box in shipping as completely torn open. Will be keeping as too much of a hassle to return for brown color.

We had one of these at a campground in Colorado, it was the nicest picnic table we had used.. commercial quality, they have been out of stock for the last two years since we stayed at that campground. arrived with the box a bit beat up, but the table was perfect. assembly was pretty straight forward. great addition to the back yard for year to come I would imagine...

After many years of enjoyment of my w frame picnic table, one of the benches required replacement. I contacted lifetime, within days i was contacted by customer service, Sarah who sent me matching benches, slightly darker color than the original but look fine. Actually the colors now match our composite deck perfectly. Prior to receiving the new benches i took the time to repaint the metal w frame.

After reaching out to Lifetime for replacements they not only agreed to send new ones they sent me a new table complete!!! Best warranty and service.. I own 5 other Lifetime products and they still going strong.

Our picnic table started showing some wear and when I called and sent shots in the customer service rep sent us a new table! This just doesn't happen anymore with companies. We are beyond pleased with Lifetime and how They stand behind their products.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly & professional, had two picnic tables for years and lost a few parts to the bench seats, they new exactly what I needed and were going to send them out to me at no charge. I would highly recommend buying from this company.
