We bought several of these and most arrived with some damage. Since we purchased 6 of them we ended up only returning the one with significant damage because it would have been a huge effort to return them all.

I like the table but it had a noticeable gouge and scratch in one bench. It did not appear to be due to the shipping so I believe it was missed by quality control at LifeTime. Very disappointing to have a new table already damaged.

From the start, Amy was super professional and friendly. She spent time with me to solve my issue with my table. When you call this company, you talk to a live person not a recording or a robot. Lifetime is not only quality products, but also top notch customer service. They stand behind their products. The quality and sturdiness of this table is unmatched. It is made of materials that will truly last a lifetime. I am not being reimbursed for this review. It is just a review from a happy customer who was treated right. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this picnic table for over 12 years we leave it in our toy hauler and us it all the time I had a crack in one of the seats and called lifetime and they was able to order me the replacement part with no issue would always buy a lifetime product over other manufactures if I had a choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the Home Depot Rep contacted Lifetime regarding damage, their Rep informed that the 2 year warranty would replace the bench top..That order has been processed, but the part is on back order ... I would have thrown out a 5 star, but the wait could be longer than what would be considered normal... Home Depot was involved as they were the merchant that we ordered through. I appreciate the quick response..

Another great Lifetime product. This is a very well made, sturdy, and usable picnic table that can sit six adults with ease, eight with a little love. Assembly does require two people but is straight forward and easy. My only issues are that it is made in China and that there is so much packing material to dispose of. We have a recycle center close so wasn't a problem but seemed like a lot of waste. Also I understand that made in America comes with a cost.

We bought this for our office patio and it has been great. It was easy to put together- 20 min tops with two people. It sits 6 adults easily and is easy to clean. It also looks much nicer than a standard folding table. My only complaint is that there were a few small dents in it from shipping, but nothing that we can't live with.
