I have wanted a small food processor and purchased the right one for my needs. Easy to use and easy cleanup! Happy with the purchase.

This is a great and easy to use everyday kitchen tool. I bought my first one 14 years ago and recently bought a second one.

I really enjoy this food processor it's the perfect size for my super small kitchen and I get a lot of things chopped up and Frozen for winter

Nice compact size looks good on counter I had a smaller one but needed a little bit bigger so I ordered this and couldn’t be happier. I tried it with celery and it came out perfect highly recommend it and I also like this one because it has a handle to take the bowl off.

This is my second Mini-Prep and I had already replaced the blade assembly once because it cracked. I bought the second one because the blade assembly cracked again. The blade assembly on the new Mini-Prep appears to be a different material. I hope it lasts longer. I also intend to pre- chop harder vegetables to reduce strain on the assembly. Aside from this issue I love the Mini-Prep.

I bought it to chop vegetables for my salad. The problem is even pulsing a few times part of the vegetables would be chopped and the rest in big chunks. If I pulsed it enough to do all the vegetables it would be totally pulverized. I want small pieces not like riced cauliflower. The container itself is very thin material, not like a regular food processor. I expect it would be cracking in no time. I returned this.

Purchased it mainly to purée and emulsify as older version could not accommodate liquid and would only chop and grind dry substances. It puréed well and is good for small volumes. Tried chopping pecans and the result was a mixture of powder and large chunks. Had more consistent result using a chefs knife.

I like eating at home with healthy meals, especially during the shutter in place. Simple, and convenient to use for chopping and grinding while preparing food, a must have for any kitchen. Easy to clean, small footprint, and the 4-cup tub holds plenty to chop and grind. Durable, and backed my the Cuisinart quality garuntee.

So far, I’ve been quite happy with my mini processor. My food processing needs only require a small volume, so having a small processor is very convenient for me. This model is easy to clean and to store, but it appears powerful enough for my needs.
