Very powerful. It doesn’t “chop” really it’s more like mince. However, it works great for making smoothies and frozen fruit it can grind up. Be sure to hold it down with your hand on the top when you start it or it leaks between the lid and bowl. Overall I’m proud of it and find it handy; it’s just very powerful.

I recently started taking a more proactive healthier outlook towards my eating lifestyle and this product is one of the instruments I use to achieve that. I've always loved cooking. I have products that I still use that are older than my 19 yr old daughter. Saw this being used on a cooking show and ordered it the very same day. I just got this product on 1/12/17 and noticed some rusting on the blades and "rotator" today. I even use Q-Tips to clean the underside of the blade that sits on that rotator thingy. This vexes me as I use this product a lot and I just noticed it. I've never put it into the dishwasher. Always chop/grind, was with soap and water and completely hand dry and put away in pantry. Other than that, it's a great little product that I love using for all my small quick chopping/grinding. Perfect size and price for me and I would still recommend.

As soon as I bought it, I tried to chop frozen pineapple, and the bowl kept twisting out of the locked position and then the processor stopped. This happened over and over. I was not able to complete that simple task. Frozen pineapple should not be too much of a challenge for a food processor. You could never make a smoothy in this thing unless you use fresh fruit. I really wanted this food processor. I really need it. It is very cute. Sadly, I will be returning it and buying a different brand.

Have used this little machine twice and it did the job, which was too small for my Vitamin. But, I thought there was a reverse option with this model and all I can do is hold down either the "chop" or "grind" button until it's done. Not quite up to snuff.

Bought as a gift. I already have one and love it! Very powerful little thing. Often more convenient than my 14 cup custom for small jobs. It is a must have for home cooks. Walmart free shipping option great too. Good price. Works great for homemade mayo too.

I replaced a very old model of culinary mini with this new model. I used my old one so much it needed replacing.I was pleased to find my trust in cuisinart was not off base. I love the improvements in this new model and so far I am not disappointed in its performance. I would recommend this to anyone expecting a good product - it fills the bill.

I absolutely love this processor! I have a very large Cuisinart that is used very often. But sometimes it is too large for the small amount of product that I need a processor for. So!! Lo and Behold, Walmart sent me an Email advertising the amazing Mini-Prep. Well, I was ready to purchase + my fingers could not key in the order fast enough. Thank you Cuisinart and thank you Walmart.
