This is a tough mini processor. I was able to prep root vegetables very small in a short amount of time.

I have been using Cuisinart MiniPrep for many years. This is a new one for me. So far, I like it very much.

It chops/pulses while holding button. No in/ off switch. Not an issue for me, but just pointing it out.
