Powerful for it's size.. like that the blades turn different directions which helps with the blending/grinding

I mince a lot of fresh garlic and ginger root. The mini prep has drastically cut my time prepping for dinner. What’s a timesaver!

I bought this a few weeks ago and have used it to chop up vegetables and meat. It works well. The components are easy to clean in the dishwasher.

The Mini-Prep is just the right size for chopping items for soups and salads. I am enjoying it very much.

I was skeptical but I love this. It is super-useful around the kitchen. It is also easy to assemble dis-assemble and clean. Great buy.

I replaced my old one with a new one. The cup on the new one is not as sturdy as the old one. Neither is the housing which contains the motor.

Bought this for quick chopping and grinding. Works great! Easy cleanup. Would be even more awesome if it were a little larger!

Just the right size for a small amount of chopping. Easy to store as it does not take up much room.
