The Mini-Prep is perfect for small jobs when the standard cuisinart is too big. For instance....chop an onion....done; tuna salad....done; creamed cauliflower...done. I love it and will give it as a gift to every cook I know!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned one of these since nineteen eighty six, and the only reason i'm getting a new one is because I just unfortunately left. And on the stove and I hit the burner switch on by accident and melted it. I am so bummed out. So I'm gonna get another one. Hopefully, I'll last just as long. But I'm sure it will. If to haven't changed anything, as far as quality.Time will tell.

I find it handy to have. For small jobs I don’t have to pull out the large food processor. As others mentioned, it can be fairly loud.

Very pleased with the Mini-Prep. It’s just right for cooking for 1 or 2. No bells! No whistles! Performance plus!

Cuts my prep time in half. No pun intended. I don't know what I ever did before this Food Processor.
