I mince a lot of fresh garlic and ginger root. The mini prep has drastically cut my time prepping for dinner. What’s a timesaver!

It is very nice and useful for small items like Salsa, Avacado deep, fruits. I love it. I am glad I bought it.

Great for chopping onions, making pesto in small batches. Great when you don’t want to use the large Cuisinart.

I have a Cusinart food processor that is 30 years old and it still works like a charm. I hope the mini chopper works for that many years also.

This is my second mini processor - hubby lost the blade for the first one but I used it many times over the years, no complaints at all!

This is our second Mini Prep. We have our first Mini Prep it is 20 years old. The blades broke. We use it weekly. So get a new one.
