I recently purchased the Cuisinart Mini-Prep Plus 24 Ounce Processor. I found it to be very handy and compact. However, it does require perfect alignment of the parts in order to work. It is easy to wash, but use caution as the blades are very sharp, which is the way they should be. Would have been 5 star except for some difficulty aligning parts.

This little machine works wonders. It’s the perfect size for small batches and the blades are very sharp , so handle with extreme care.

My mini prep is the best appliance to have for small patches. It is powerful, small enough to have on the counter top and easy to clean.

The chop function works well with onions and herbs and the grind function works well with nuts and hard spices.

This is a very powerful mini gadget and my best recipe is guacamole 🥑 so creamy. I didn't go wrong on this one.

Elderly lady had hard time eating food. She is excited to make some apple sauce in it, or chop meat up so she can eat solid foods.

This is one of those kitchen tools that's not too big or too small. It's just right for so many tasks. Now I wonder how I did without it.
