I have had a professional type one and it’s getting too heavy for me to handle also now we are just two of us in our place. Downsizing to Mini was great thing I have done. Also love the color matches perfect with my hand mixer in my kitchen.

This little machine surprised me in a BIG way!! Super efficient and speedy with all my chopping needs! I also use it as a mini blender ( for blending corn starch for gravy, etc)

Powerful for it's size and wonderful for chopping vegetables and fresh herbs. I also love it's fit in my tiny kitchen.I got it as a gift for Christmas and I couldn't be more thankful

Really convenient and pretty powerful. The Chop setting will process into a smooth paste pretty quickly. Only drawback is not having an opening into which one can drizzle for emulsions. Otherwise a super alternative to my big (heavy) Cuisinart.

its a toy...switch malfunctions broken already due to twisting th top. not made for repetiteve long term use. owned for 1 1/ 2 months. broken intetnally now due to normal useage.

I love this so much! It is a game changer when I need to chop up anything and it's very quick and efficient! It chops up everything from onions to ginger!

I really like my Cuisinart Mini-Prep. It's great to chop onions, peppers, other vegetables. I am a single person so it is big enough for most tasks that I do. I like it for salad dressings. Still exploring all the things I can do with it.
