It's just like a real food processor, only little, which is exactly what I want since I live alone. I especially like that I can add food and liquids as it is turning.

This Processor is a great size for smaller jobs. It's compact, but powerful. Easy to use and does a fantastic job. It is a littler noisier than I expected, but not a problem. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.

For the price, it's a lot better than I expected. I use it for chopping fruit and it is no problem. It assembles easy and clean up is a snap. Highly recommend for small jobs like herbs or nuts

Love it. It works so well for chopping my veggies and nuts for the Holidays. We live in an apartment and the space for large appliances does not work. This the right size for us to use.

Perfect size. I used it to mince ham with onions for sandwich salad. I will be using this for numerous other such mixtures. Exactly what I've been waiting for. And so easy to clean. Cuisinart is tops!

Have only used it twice for chopping; it seems to fit the bill. Easy to use and clean. I have large Cuisinart food processor which is too big for a cup of onions or peppers; this mini chopper is perfect. Good price, too.

I love my new Mini Prep. I have had another brand for years but it is fun to have a new one and in red. It does a specutacular job on onions. Chops quickly with minimal liquid. It is quite powerful for its size!

This chopper does the job it is designed to do. There is enough power to do anything from finely minced garlic to chopped nuts. A plus for me due to arthritis is it’s ease of use and cleaning.
