Received this as a Christmas gift, and I’m impressed with the power the appliance has. I only wish the processor had the capability to add discs for shredding and slicing.

We love to cook and this mini processor is great for so many tasks. We absolutely love it. It's easy to clean and so much more convenient than breaking out our huge, 20 pound processor.

I prefer Cuisinart for all my small kitchen appliances. I have many in addition to this mini processor. I use it for chopping,dicing ,puree- ing and blending. It offers quality construction,simplicity and ease of use.

Recently used this to make pesto and loved it! Cut my prep time in half compared to what I had been using. A valuable addition to a kitchen used for preparing small quantities of food and with limited space. Happy to have the Mini-Prep!

This is my third mini prep. I used it every single day sometimes twice and the last one lasted over 3 years.The small size me ake it perfect for guacamole or pesto.

Very unhappy with it. I purchased it solely to chop nuts .. it either pulverizes them or leaves large chunks regardless of how many I put into it. It’s very difficult to put it together and get it to work.

We are empty nesters and don't have the need for the large (though fabulous) Cuisinart Food Processor. This smaller version is absolutely perfect for my kitchen needs.

A great small processor! We use our large one often, but this small one will be much more convenient for our smaller "jobs".. It is just great and works well. Helps speed up the prep process.

Purchased this processor about a month ago and have found it to be a highly efficient mini food processor. Have processed many foods from carrots to celery, some chunky foods, such as chicken. works well and very quickly gets the job done.

So far, I love it. Just the right size for my needs. I saw reviews that said the cup broke easily. I guess time will tell. I hand wash mine. I don’t know if that makes a difference or not.
