With limited kitchen storage space and even more limited counter space, I hesitated to purchase the Mini Prep Processor but I’m so glad I did. It’s very compact, easy to use and clean and does the job. Why did I wait so long??

Does exactly what I need -- chops and grinds small amounts of vegetables for salads, cooking and for the dogs' food! A bit noisy but it's so quick you don't really mind!

This mini food processor is perfect. I had an older version that was dying so replaced it. Reduces prep time in my kitchen. Easy to wash. Love Cuisineart products.

Love this latest version. I had the original model for decades. This one is sturdier, more powerful, and still small enough to keep on my counter. Great for salad dressings, cropping nuts, or any small job. Highly recommend it.

I chop a lot of herbs and garlic, and this is perfect! So much faster and easier than chopping by hand. Everything comes out evenly chopped and cooks up better giving more flavor. Wish I made this purchase years ago, my mom would have loved it.

Perfect size. I used it to mince ham with onions for sandwich salad. I will be using this for numerous other such mixtures. Exactly what I've been waiting for. And so easy to clean. Cuisinart is tops!

Handy little device! it's a real workhorse for me, dispatching carrots, celery, onions, easily! you can control how fine the chop is very easily, and it is very easy to clean.

It does a great job and I'm making more salad dressings and pestos because it is so easy! The only downside is the very loud and screechy sound it makes but I think it's worth it!

We love using our mini chopper! It’s easy to clean after use. We use it all the time. The old chopper I had for a long time. My blade was no available any more so I had to get a new chopper. Makes cooking fun!
