The tuner broke the very first time using it. Very cheap spring. The book for dummies is supposed to have a cd come with it as the book keeps referring to it. It didn't.

This product was more than I expected. I bought it for my son for his 12th birthday and he absolutely loves it. I highly recommend this item. High quality for the price.

Unfortunately I had to return this guitar because my older granson wanted an electric guitar but for the price it was well worth it and I would definitely recommend this item.

Bought spontaneously. When my wife asked how much, she was surprised as she thought it should be 2x what I paid. So much easier to start playing this acoustical guitar than breakout my electric guitar. I have not checked out the book/CD yet.

But well worth the wait! My granddaughter added to her list the last week before Christmas! I knew it would be a late gift! I'm glad I bought it anyway! She is so thrilled to have it!

I bought this to learn on. It's not a $500 guitar, but it sounds nice, and stays in tune. I'd recommend this to any beginner. It's a good starter guitar. When you learn how to play, then buy a more expensive one.

OK for an inexpensive guitar although quality control could be better. The guitar was missing the upper strap peg. The frets need to be filed down to avoid getting cut.

As a beginner guitar user, this is pretty good for someone looking to see if playing guitar is something they want to do. The only bad thing is that I did not receive any picks I was suppose to receive.

Excellent starter kit...comes with so much...the only problem we had was that the guitar case zipper broke immediately...but everything else was in good quality shape!
