My in-home preschool students receive one of these or the small round cake surrounded by cupcakes on their birthday each year! I love it when they choose the cookie cake. Ha!!! We always ask for a layer of frosting on top, too! We cut a few small pieces to keep, and then share the rest with each of the families AND our neighbors. It really is big enough for multiple families. P.S. It freezes BEAUTIFULLY! I wrap small pieces in wax paper or parchment paper and then put it in a freezer bag. Perfect splurge after a long week!

This is the absolute BEST cake I've ever eaten! I did not have high expectations at first but I was GREATLY surprised!! My daughters don't like a lot of sugar and they CONSUMED THIS!!!!! It was absolutely delicious!!! Buying another one this month for another bday!! Can't wait!!!

Delicious! Love the double-decker design! The icing in the middle keeps the cookie so soft. I bet this cookie cake would serve 30 people. It's huge!
