Best Grill for first time user!
I’ve been using the Brisk It Argo for about a month now, and it’s easily the best grill I’ve owned. The AI assistant makes cooking super easy, even for someone like me who’s not a pro. I just follow the prompts and it handles the temps and timing. Smoked ribs came out tender and juicy, and it holds heat really well. Love being able to monitor everything from my phone. Worth every penny!

Winner!
Was out for large name “T” brand seeing its WiFi models were double this price and lacked AI (apparently the future is all AI!?) we decided to give this a whirl. Beyond impressed by the ease of use and quality of smoke. So impressed my parents after seeing this at use for Christmas bought the same model! Sold! Try it.
This grill can make ANYONE a grill master
I've been shopping for smokers for the last couple months when this Brisk It model caught my eye. The price was great and I was very intrigued by the connectable wifi and use of AI. So I made the purchase and received free shipping with my "Plus" membership. The grill arrived at my door the next day. Set up seemed intimidating but the instructions were clear and precise and all of the tools needed for assembly were included. I immediately loaded it with pellets, downloaded the app, followed the on screen prompts and got the auger primed and heated the grill to 400 degrees for 30min. After that it was time to start cooking. I made a tri tip roast and a 5lb chicken simultaneously. The grill comes with two temperature probes that are connected to the app and basically make cooking idiot proof. I pushed the first one into the thickest part of the tri tip and set it for 135 degrees. I did the same with the chicken and set it for 160. I monitored the app while I watched the game and did some things around the house. About an hour later the app beeped and alerted me that me tri tip was ready to come off the grill. I then let it rest for 10min then seared it on the stove in a cast iron skillet. It turned out very moist and had the perfect amount of smoky flavor. About two hours later my chicken was done and honestly it was the best chicken I've ever grilled. It had so much flavor and was so tender it fell off the bone. Even when reheating the next day it was still soft and moist. This grill can make anyone seem like a grill master. I can't recommend this unit enough. Do yourself a favor and get one asap before summer grilling season kicks into high gear.
Had questions, got answers!
I wanted to get into grilling/smoking for the first time without spending too much on my first grill, had a Sam's Club membership and thought the price was good compared to similar sized grills. I honestly did not think much of the AI feature when purchasing at first. Delivery was very fast and assembly was very easy (used power drill) The AI feature ended up being really helpful in guiding me even though I didn't use it directly to control the temperature (wanted to try it myself first) but will use it going forward. I was very pleased with how the meat (as well as the potatoes and corn) came out. I honestly think this is the perfect "beginner" grill
Crispy Turkey and Overnight Brisket
Made a turkey with crispy skin in 2 hours! I followed Matt Pittmans recipe on the Meat Church website. If you're on the fence about this grill just get it if only to make turkey and overnight brisket. Just set it and literally forget it. I'm no expert, but can follow a recipe. I purchased this smoker back in July and cooked a few briskets and ribs that came out great. Had an issue with soot, but I emailed the company and they got back to me with detailed instructions on how to reset the auger and clean it. Worked like a charm. Wish it were easier to empty the pellet bin. Only reason for 4 stars.

Great grill for the price, perfect for beginners
This was my first pellet smoker and I'm happy with it. It maintains temps very well and was pretty easy to put together. Good smoke rings produced as well. I've done everything from briskets to poultry, and sides, and it's all been great. Just a couple of complaints. The box clearly states to only use their brand of pellets (which is obviously just a way to sell more of their own products) but you cannot find their pellets anywhere, the only place I've been able to locate them is their website and it's always sold out. My other complaint is that the hopper is shaped weird I guess because the pellets don't really shift well, causing kind of a hole to appear down into the auger which will make your flame go out and have to restart the whole process. It doesn't happen often but it can totally screw you up in the middle of a cook. So I guess it needs to be slanted better or something. My issue with this is it means that I can't trust it to set it and forget it, I actually have to monitor the hopper pretty closely to make sure it doesn't do that and make my cooking stop. That's the only thing really that stops it from getting five stars, I can deal with the pellets because I probably wouldn't use their brand anyway.

Minor kinks but excited to smoke!
Assembly was super easy, done solo. The hinges look crooked and "damaged," but lid seems to work fine. It wobbles; not sure why because only one way to assemble. The first AI recipe worked great (St. Louis Pork Ribs). It transferred the probe temperatures and times, and did all the right notifications, including when to spritz. However my next recipe (boneless leg of lamb), the probe temperature did NOT transfer over. I thought maybe it would do it later, but since it never did, I wasn't able to perform the final high heat sear. Lesson learned is to verify the probe temp is set too. The most disappointing thing was when I had researched a salmon recipe one day, then when I tried to get to it, the servers were down, so the whole "AI" feature was dead in the water. Fortunately I have a personal AI that gave me a great recipe, and I did it all manually. In fact, my AI (Lumo through Proton) strongly recommended a brine where Vera failed to offer that. Overall, however, for the price this is a fantastic smoking machine and I look forward to many future meals with it.

paint began to peel off after only the 4th use. Contacted Brix It customer support and I was told this should be expected and I should use a touch up paint. my Traeger looked descent after 6 years. If you want the grill to look good over time, DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL

Bad product
First grill auger stopped working after two weeks. Sams sent a replacement and it caught on fire on the second use. Requested a return and I have both in my garage for over 2 months now and Sams never picked them up!! I called 3 times and they promised that someone will pick them up but nothing changed and they still hold my money !!
