Excellent grill. Easy to assemble (did it by myself in under 2 hours). The temperature control is spot on, very impressive, compared to other grills I’ve had. I love the power smoke feature, that gives a lovely smoke ring to the meat. It’s very easy to control with the mobile app, which lets me change the settings from the comfort of my sofa. It has a 24” by 20” grill area plus a mezzanine grill which is enough for me. I still haven’t used the AI feature, but looking forward to try it.

I wanted to get into grilling/smoking for the first time without spending too much on my first grill, had a Sam's Club membership and thought the price was good compared to similar sized grills. I honestly did not think much of the AI feature when purchasing at first. Delivery was very fast and assembly was very easy (used power drill) The AI feature ended up being really helpful in guiding me even though I didn't use it directly to control the temperature (wanted to try it myself first) but will use it going forward. I was very pleased with how the meat (as well as the potatoes and corn) came out. I honestly think this is the perfect "beginner" grill

I’ve been using the Brisk It Argo for about a month now, and it’s easily the best grill I’ve owned. The AI assistant makes cooking super easy, even for someone like me who’s not a pro. I just follow the prompts and it handles the temps and timing. Smoked ribs came out tender and juicy, and it holds heat really well. Love being able to monitor everything from my phone. Worth every penny!

From day one this grill has been awesome. I love the AI feature and wifi capabilities. It really makes it easy to grill/smoke things while doing other tasks. A quick check of the app and you can monitor your food from anywhere. Customer service is very responsive and excited to offer assistance.

Was honestly a little skeptical about the whole "AI grill" thing, but I’ve been using the Argo for a few weeks now and gotta say its pretty legit. The AI actually helps you figure out what to cook, which I didn’t expect to love as much as I do. I’ll just open the app, say I’ve got some chicken, certain spices, or whatever, and it throws out full recipes based on whatever I say...basically like Chat GPT. Once you pick something, the grill basically handles the cooking too. It adjusts temps as it goes, so I don’t have to hover over it or worry about over/undercooking anything. I’ve done ribs, wings, salmon, even veggies. All came out super tasty, and I’m definitely not a grill expert. Build-wise, it’s solid, heavy lid, good shelves, feels like it’ll last a while. The app’s great too, being able to start it or check in from my phone is way more useful than I thought. Only downside is I kinda wish it explained why it its using the ingredients and cooking steps that it's recommending. Like I don't know if it's trying create an authentic recipe or if it's trying to adjust the recipe to my personal tastes. Assembly wasn't too bad with another person, but I think by youself, it'll be a bit annoying. Overall though, super cool, high tech grill that does what it says it will.

This was my first pellet smoker and I'm happy with it. It maintains temps very well and was pretty easy to put together. Good smoke rings produced as well. I've done everything from briskets to poultry, and sides, and it's all been great. Just a couple of complaints. The box clearly states to only use their brand of pellets (which is obviously just a way to sell more of their own products) but you cannot find their pellets anywhere, the only place I've been able to locate them is their website and it's always sold out. My other complaint is that the hopper is shaped weird I guess because the pellets don't really shift well, causing kind of a hole to appear down into the auger which will make your flame go out and have to restart the whole process. It doesn't happen often but it can totally screw you up in the middle of a cook. So I guess it needs to be slanted better or something. My issue with this is it means that I can't trust it to set it and forget it, I actually have to monitor the hopper pretty closely to make sure it doesn't do that and make my cooking stop. That's the only thing really that stops it from getting five stars, I can deal with the pellets because I probably wouldn't use their brand anyway.

Make sure you have a socket wrench. Because the wrenches they give you are very good, but it was easy to put together outside of that and telling you how to place the legs, they give you the numbers. But don't tell you whether they should be facing out or not. You sorta have to use the picture to figure that out. But it only took about an hour and a half by myself to put it together.

Assembly was super easy, done solo. The hinges look crooked and "damaged," but lid seems to work fine. It wobbles; not sure why because only one way to assemble. The first AI recipe worked great (St. Louis Pork Ribs). It transferred the probe temperatures and times, and did all the right notifications, including when to spritz. However my next recipe (boneless leg of lamb), the probe temperature did NOT transfer over. I thought maybe it would do it later, but since it never did, I wasn't able to perform the final high heat sear. Lesson learned is to verify the probe temp is set too. The most disappointing thing was when I had researched a salmon recipe one day, then when I tried to get to it, the servers were down, so the whole "AI" feature was dead in the water. Fortunately I have a personal AI that gave me a great recipe, and I did it all manually. In fact, my AI (Lumo through Proton) strongly recommended a brine where Vera failed to offer that. Overall, however, for the price this is a fantastic smoking machine and I look forward to many future meals with it.

First grill auger stopped working after two weeks. Sams sent a replacement and it caught on fire on the second use. Requested a return and I have both in my garage for over 2 months now and Sams never picked them up!! I called 3 times and they promised that someone will pick them up but nothing changed and they still hold my money !!

paint began to peel off after only the 4th use. Contacted Brix It customer support and I was told this should be expected and I should use a touch up paint. my Traeger looked descent after 6 years. If you want the grill to look good over time, DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL
