I have mine over ice, on expert mode (double tapping the brew button turns any coffee pod as a double shot) with just a teeny bit of sweetener. The notes are citrus and toasted almond, perfectly mellow for summertime & late spring. This is a blonde roast, which has a little more caffeine than the darker options. This is strong, but it’s not bitter or acidic. So smooth and versatile for any coffee drink you can come up with!

To prepare, I heat fresh water to just below boiling (around 200°F) and use 1 to 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 8 ounces of water. I place the coffee in my coffee maker, pour the hot water over the grounds, and let it brew for 4–5 minutes. For a richer flavor, I sometimes use a French press, letting the coffee steep for four minutes before pressing.​ Occasionally, I make cold brew by mixing coarsely ground Sunsera Blend with cold water at a 1:8 ratio. I let it steep in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours, then strain it. We have about 8 different coffees at work to brew and this one creates the most amazing scent throughout work! I tried out both with and without creamer. Definitely recommend either way! A great well rounded coffee to add to my list of favorites!

Pop the capsule in, wait less than 30 seconds and you get a perfect cup of coffee. I love that this one isn’t super strong or bitter. It’s the perfect balance and because of that I can enjoy it morning or afternoon.

I was a little hesitant with light roast coffee since I prefer my darker roasts but for spring or summer time it's perfect iced! It is pretty low-key and mellow not overwhelming. I made and drank it initially warm but then it cooled off and I added ice. Much better iced. I think iced it gives off more of the citrus flavors in it and almond undertone when it's warm. I do wish it had tad bit more almond to it though. I added plain creamer and didn't drink it black. It was super easy to make and no issues with the pod, packaging or machine.
