The coffee tastes good just black, it’s a light roast with a nice toasted almond flavor. It says there are citrus notes too, but I didn’t really pick up on those. I usually take my coffee with milk and sugar, but this one has a smooth, light flavor with no bitterness or acidity. I even tried it iced and it was awesome. Definitely need to restock.

The aroma right out of the pod was really nice—warm and inviting. The flavor was smooth and well-balanced with a slight brightness to it, which I liked. That said, it’s definitely a lighter roast, and for me, it just wasn’t strong enough. I tend to prefer something with a bit more boldness and kick in the morning. Still, I can see this being a great option for those who like a gentler, easy-drinking coffee.

I think this blend is perfect for breakfast. I tried it as my regular hot coffee in the morning but I want to try it iced as well.

Starbucks used to allow you to mix two different blends together, which can be really interesting. I mix Sunsera with medium-roasted Siren's Blend. Together, they are spectacular. Also, FYI, "Casi Cielo" blend, which is only offered in the Fall, is to me the best flavor of all. But when it's not available, I'll use my Sunsera-Siren mix.

I love my Nespresso machine & love trying new flavors. 8 pods is a good amount, brews almost 8 ounces, a typical cup of coffee! And saves money when you do it at home. I also love that you can recycle the pods after!!
