I honestly wasn't even sure if it was going to be compatible with my door but it is 100 % compatible and I still can't believe how quick and simple it was to install. I was able to install it all by myself in a little over 30 minutes. The eufy app is great and pretty easy to navigate and figure everything out. This thing has so many features that I never knew I needed, like being able to tell just by looking at the app to make sure door is locked and how long I've been outside with my dog. So very helpful and I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! I really like this lock because it replaces our dead bolt and key. It allows us to feel more secure in our own home. Plus, it has a camera on it so I can view whoever is at my door. It’s also compatible with our other security door locks which is nice. I’m not sure of its battery life yet as we just set it up. However, I have a feeling this lock set is going to be a new great (and easy) edition to our home.

Very clear image quality and a cell phone app that notifies you whenever someone approaches the door. App allows you to remotely control the lock and speak with visitors, as well as setup unique access codes for each family member. Can be opened with a key, code, or thumbprint. Eufy also has a large suite of other security devices that can be integrated into a complete system.

Switching from my old system to this video smart lock was a major upgrade. I really like its secure monitoring and locking features. I like that it offers four different ways to lock and unlock the door – through the smartphone app, fingerprint scanner, manual key, or passcode. It's super handy and works for everyone in the house. However, after about a month of use, I hit a bump – the battery died unexpectedly. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's a bit of a hassle since it switches to manual mode until I recharge it. Just a reminder to keep an eye on the battery levels. On the bright side, setting it up was easy and simple, and I love that there are no subscription fees. Overall, it's a top-notch lock with loads of features, but the battery issue puts a little damper on its otherwise fantastic performance.

The phone/app control of the device functions perfectly. The smart lock is great! I read some of the reviews after I received and I am beyond excited, I think this is an excellent option for a doorbell, camera, and locker all in one!
