These are weird pieces of meat frozen together into little steaks. Not strips like the photo makes it seem.

The steak is good for cheese steak hoagies at home. Not greasy and flavorful but noticed some inconsistencies lately in quality of meat

I love this brand of Philly steak because it is in strips instead of chips of meat. Make nice pepper steak stir fry as well.

Not my favorite its really dry have to use alot of moisture to make sandwiches but its better then steakem brand

Years ago, I had gotten really good chipped steak frozen from Sam's, and hope this was the product. It was not. The little bricks had chipped meat, but that chip meat look processed. I will not buy again.

I love these steaks then they sliced although they say thinly slice actually they're pretty meaty. I make my Philly cheesesteaks with them also other recipes. This is definitely a go-to to keep in your freezer

Meat was very tender and tasty! Used it for Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Plan to make steak fajitas with it soon. Definitely give this product two thumbs up!
