I bought these to make Philadelphia Steak sandwiches. Turned out to be the best ones I have ever made. Meat was so tender cooked easily and was a quick dinner.

I purchase this item often. I use it for Phillips cheesesteaks, stuffed potatoes, pepper steak amd in casseroles and omelettes. Quick, easy and delicious.

Quick and easy philly steak sandwich. We saute onions and peppers then cook the steak for 4 - 5 minutes, lightly salt and pepper. Toast some hoagie buns, layer onions, peppers, and cheese (mozzarella provolone blend). Great sandwich and a quick meal!

I thought this was the thin slice Philly cheese steak meat. So I was very confused! I had never heard of these before. They had a good flavor, and were very tender. We made them into sandwiches. The meat was kind of dry. It needed a sauce, but we weren't prepared for that because we thought it was something else. They were ok.

For those who have difficulty chewing steak, this is a great alternative. A must have in freezer for a quick meal. After cooking on each side for 2 min, cook peppers, onions, and cooked rice in olive oil, return cut-up Steak-EZE to the pan for a nutritious dinner.

Omgosh! These make the absolute best steak sandwich's ever! Not greasy like steakums. Add a little seasoning of your choose and bam! I use some worshtershire sauce and a lot of black pepper Put onions and mushrooms and green pepper! Absolutely awesome

Very fatty — picture deceiving

This is great for philly's but you really have to season the meat while you're cooking it.
