Our new mattress is amazing. Soft and comfortable when you get in yet firm with the support you need for a good nights sleep. We wake up now with no aches and pains from a bad mattress. Very pleased.

Feels a little stiffer than the floor model. We were told the floor model had already broken in with people lying on it at the store, where ours hasn't yet. I believe them, so therefore I give 5 stars.

We moved and had a temporary blowup mattress that made me appreciate this mattress even more. But given the low bar that was set, this product has been wonderful I we have had many restful nights. Thanks Serta

Comfy and supportive. With a pillow top and great for anyone with back issues. This is my 4th mattress in 2 months and is the best ever. Way to go Serta!
