I have owned one of these sensor trash cans for the past 2 years and it is so wonderful not to have to have a free hand or foot to open the lid. The batteries last a long time before they need replacing so it opens hundreds of times before they wear out. My grandson just bought his first home and thought this was a different kind of necessary item he would need and enjoy! As the saying goes, 'TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT!"

Improves the decor in the kitchen dining area. Helps to complete my decorating of the area with a trash can that does not ruin the nicer look I've tried to present. I'm pleased with the streamlined appearance plus the operation is great. No problems at all.

I purchased a sensor trash can just like this one 8 years ago when I remodeled my kitchen. The 4 D batteries lasted 6 years, and the sensor gave out only after 8 years. This is a replacement trash can, and I hope that it will be as reliable. It's great to have the trash can open with just a wave of the hand.

After about a 1 to 1 1/2 years, the lid goes bad so I end up buying a new one. To replace the lid is almost as expensive as the whole unit. I liked my last one a little better then this one, the lip that held the trashbag was inside the trash can, this one sits right on the top of the trashcan and then the lid goes on. The last one was just a little easier to remove full trashbags. It's slender and fits a small space. Others that I have seen that aren't as nice can run OVER $100.00. Well worth the money and I received it from Walmart within a week.

I've had this trash can for few weeks, and I love it! The band that holds the bag is easy to put a bag on and insert in can. The automatic top works well, it's sensitive, but I've adjusted. My favorite thing is it hold smells in until opened, and they disappear quickly when it closes.

I already own one of these that I have had for over a year and thought I would order another one. I did but it is of a lower quality. My first one had a black stabilizing band just below the opening and this one did not. Also the battery compartment on this one is different. It is very hard to open and impossible to close tightly. I had to end up taping it closed. It simply would not snap back into place. This product reads the same but it is obviously not made as well as my first one.

I feel that it was a great value for the price. The petal on my old Stainless Steel trash can broke; the Nine Stars Sensor Can was bigger, cooler (With the sensor lid) and half the price of my old can. If I ever need another indoor trash can, I will be looking at this one again!!

I was given this same trash can several years ago. It works GREAT! I love it. So when my trash can lid stopped working I started shopping for another one. I checked local stores and went on line. I even found a company that I could order the lid from for more than the price that Walmart offered for the entire can. Other companies that I found on-line wanted a lot more than what the Walmart price was. It was so easy to order at Walmart.com and the can was delivered to my local Walmart. Took about 2 weeks. Such a sweet deal!

This is the best money I ever spent on a Trash can so much so that I ordered a 2nd one. Slim and sleek it adds a touch of style to my kitchen. Love it!!!! I was so excited about it to of my friends purchased the it. The quality for the price is unbeatable.

Product is a good value. You'll need to buy batteries to operate the touchless feature. Uses a 13 gal garbage bag. Only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star is because the lid doesn't stay open that long. So you have to be ready to toss whatever you want in and out quick. Other than that, it's a great concept and makes my life easier!
