I love this trash can!! That may sound a little crazy, but it is so handy not to have to lift the garbage can lid to scrape plates or just throw anything away. The grandkids love it too! Great if you have pets to keep them out of it too! This one has a large opening, while some brands do not. I bought this to replace the first automatic garbage can I had because the lid broke after 5 years!!! You won't be disappointed in this purchase.

We have had this for about a month and love it so far. It has kept our 18 month old out of the trash can for the most part, although she has gotten it to open a couple of times. It looks great and works well. We don't use it during parties because people try to force the lid down. Overall a great trashcan that keeps dirty hands from speading germs.

This is a wonderful trashcan. I purchased it to reduce cross contamination in my kitchen. It is a great looking product! It uses any type of 13 gallon trash bags. I love the feature of not being able to see the trashbag. The lid fits over so that it is hidden. Very attractive with the stainless steel! This is a great buy at just 35.00! I purchased it on cyber monday and it has been a hit at my house! My mother and inlaws both want one now! Buy it you won't be dissappointed!

We got this garbage can b/c we have a toddler who liked to throw things in the other open garbage can we had. This has been great! We have gotten a lot of compliments on it, for the look and the "coolness" of it. I would say the only downside to it, is it needs some kind of lock feature on it and sometimes when you walk by and dont intend for it to be open it does anyways b/c of the sensor. Overall though, it is great and just what we were looking for! It is also slim and nice looking.

I have owned one of these touchless 9-star trash cans for many, many years. I had accidentally snapped the lid on our last one and had to finally replace the whole unit. The new upgrades to the old model are wonderful. It's a bit larger, the trash bag stays in place due to the easy lay-down feature around the top of the lid (instead of inside the lid), and the best upgrade is the speed in which the lid raises and lowers now. No delay in having to wait for lid to open while holding garbage in your hand. Once your hand is in front of the sensor, it pops right open with ease and speed. I can't say enough about these trash cans. No more touching disgusting trash can lids. I highly recommend this product....and always will.

We purchased our Nine Stars Motion Sensor Touchless trash can a little over 2 years ago when we moved into our house. We love it! It looks nice, takes up little space and works GREAT! We haven't had any problems with it at all. I would recommend it to everyone! We haven't even had to replace the batteries (4 D size) in it yet! It's great with the Grandchildren as they do not have to touch a dirty lid to throw trash in and they think it's fun. BEST THING EVER!!

I previously had a $100.00 stainless steel trash can with a foot pedal. You guessed it, the foot pedal broke, the inside of the lid would never stay clean and it was covered with fingerprints. Enter 9 stars..I love everything about this trash can and am going to buy these at Christmas time for everyone i love!!! You cannot beat $50.00 for the slimline & modern appearance; you cannot beat "no fingerprints"; you cannot beat the motion sensor; Again .... We Love This Can!!

Pretty and a good size, but the motion sensor feature doesn't work well. Sometimes it opens and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it closes and sometimes it doesn't. You mostly have to push the button for it to open or close, and it's rather difficult to open manually as there is no where to grasp the lid. But I'm still glad I bought it because I needed one that was slim and opened on the short side so it would fit in a narrow closet. It will do nicely for what I need it for.

This trash can gives a "WOW" factor. Everyone ask where did I get it from. It looks wonderful and was the perfrect size for my kitchen. Pros- Style, Appearance, Slim, Sensored, It has a cut off/on switch, easy to change trash bags, nice size, The WOW/I Love It Factor, lol.. Cons- 4D Size batteries (don't know how long these will last) and when I'm rushing the sensor can be a slow at opening the lid.

This replaced a previous sensor trashcan from the same company that lasted about 6 years. During that time, I replaced the batteries once. What finally killed the old one was the plastic tab that lifts the lid when the gear turns snapped off. Everything worked, but the lid wouldn't move. That said, the previous can worked well and looked good (a lot of maintenance to keep the germs at bay), and I bought the same kind when I replaced it. What does that say?
