Great product. A few minor defects in the wood, but no impact on final play set. Instructions were easy to follow, definitely worth organizing everything first. One piece was broken upon arrival and customer service was amazing and on top of it - had a replacement within a couple days. My kids will love this.

We bought this for our granddaughter for Christmas. I am very impressed with the ordering and delivery ease. I did try contacting the company that assembles for Kidkraft but never got a response. I decided I would try it myself....it was very easy and instructions are simple and easy to follow. It took me approx. 8 hours working by myself to assemble it. It looks to be a well designed and crafted swingset. Only thing I was disappointed with was the chimney, it was a little cheesy and didn't assemble correctly at all. No biggie I just left it off. Overall Im impressed with the company, the product, and ease. Highly recommend .

After months of waiting and dealing with issues regarding ordering and delivery of our swingset, we finally got it delivered and put together the last week in August. Assembly was way faster than expected (5.5 hours total for two people), it looked great and was perfect for our small backyard. At first we LOVED it. Our daughter, 20 months old would play on it for hours. Unfortunately, we are only halfway through October and already one piece of wood is split/cracking and another is getting moldy (which i didnt think was supposed to happen since the wood is supposedly treated against this and certainly shouldnt be happening this quickly). To say im disappointed would be an understatement as it we waited since the spring to get the product in stock and delivered, and after less than a month and a half of use we are already having issues. We have always loved KidKraft products and own many, but this product is barely holding up after a few months. Hoping kidkraft and fix the issue for us since its still under warranty, but not sure it was worth the price if it cant even hold up a few months.

We've only had it for a couple days but very happy with it so far. We put it together in 4.5 hours, all the pieces were in good shape. Our almost 2 year old can navigate it without help. We will be adding some rubber mats to the inside is the house because the set is on grass. The mailbox, kitchen stuff and phone are cute extras.

Put it together in 7 hours on Christmas Eve. My daughter absolutely loves it!
