I LIVE ON THE WATERS OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY. THIS IS THE THIRD RUBBERMAID "XL" STORAGE BOX I'VE PURCHASED, NOT BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM, OR FAILURE OF THE UNIT, BUT BECAUSE THEY'RE THAT GOOD. WE KEEP FINDING MORE USES AND NEEDS FO THEM. THEY LAST FOREVER; THE FIRST ONE WE PURCHSAED LOOK AS GOOD AS THE NEW ONE! HY'VE BEEN HIT BY FALLING OAK TREE LIMBS - NOT EVEN A MARK. WE ORIGINALLY TRIED ONE OF THE CHEAPER UNITS MADE BY THE COMPETION. WHAT THE BAY WEATHER DIDN'T KILL, THE SUN DID. THE SURFACE OXIDISED. WE LEARNED EARLY, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Its quite massive. I bought as a toybox for my son and it works great. Fits everything, even his little quad and scooter.

Sturdy, roomy and very well made! Better than expected. Looks good out in the yard too! Love this deck box! Highly recommend!!

This is a very sturdy deck box. We bought one a number of years ago and it has held up well. Needed another one so why bother with another brand.

this deck box is very large and strong,really can be used as a bench...very easy to put together...and we have had a lot of rain the past couple days and there are no leaks........

It is easy to construct. But with that being said, it doesn't stay assembled for some reason. We have it on our pool deck and I find that with any wind it falls over

Easily fits ALL my pool toys. Easily holds 300 lb sitting on top of it. I didn't wiggle around a lot on it, but I felt very confident on it. Super easy assembly. I'll be buying another one soon.

I expect more from Rubbermade. Absolutely pitiful. It does assemble easily but try to move it afterward and the bottom will fall off. I returned it. No more Rubbermade for my household!

Exactly what I was looking for! Fits all my kids toys and my husbands outside stuff! Setup was super easy, I put it together by myself with my husbands help!!

Poor quality - buyer beware. Very easy to put together, but wall joints have large gaps and top does not close/fit properly. Now with all the pollen falling, everything inside is covered in it. I will be returning.
