I bought this two weeks ago.... picture quality is great. I'm still learning to operate this remote.

Picture is great, but the remote is too basic for all the things the TV can do. Wish the remote had more pre programmed buttons.

I'm confused as to why I can no longer access HULU but instead need to purchase a Roku/or another device to do so?
