VIZIO 40" Class V-Series 4K HDR Smart TV - V405-H

This smart TV is excellent, fantastic picture, great sound, easy to set up and connect, extremely light weight.

BEWARE!! no cables come with TV and Visio will not sell them to you.  I now have a 40" TV that is trash.  Will never purchase a Visio product again.

Do not purchase if you expect Visio support.

Unless you are sitting directly in front of the tv the picture looked washed out. Viewing angle was very poor.

No headache whatsoever setting up.  And the shipping package was the best I've ever seen.

The picture is very nice and the size is perfect for my room, but the sound is kind of weak. I feel like I need a sound bar.

Great quality, nice 4K picture. Easy to setup, easy to program/ get ready for regular use. For the price I'm definitely keeping this one.

Just what the doctor ordered

Easily mounted but remote at as easy as previous Vizio's, also picture does not fit the screen on cable channels.

very good TV . I am very happy with it . slim , sounds good , operation easy , light weight ,elegant look . regionable price.

The right size for our bedroom & moveable wall mount.  After spending time on a ladder removing our old Toshiba TV and mounting the 40 inch Vizio - could not get it past the first setup step, choose language.  Went to the web for troubleshooting, found help but did not work. Contacted Vizio support, directed us through all the same steps.  Declared the TV stuck in demo/store mode and the remote dead.  Vizio sent a new remote which was dead on arrival.  Enough, returned  the TV directly to Sam's Club.  This was my first purchase of a Vizio product.

Major Disappointment

One of only a few 40 inch 4K displays.  Most of the of others are no frills low end models.  This one inherited all the features of the larger screened models in its range.  This Visio has all the major apps, plus Chrome Cast, and Apple Air Play integrated.  The pictures has more adjustments than a normal user will know what to do with. Overall an excellent choice if you are looking for a smaller screen TV that does 4K.  This is going on the wall in front of the elliptical machine of my home gym.
