We bought this 2 weeks ago to replace our 43” Vizio TV that we had for 5 years. We figured that we loved that TV so much, so why not continue our business with Vizio? We are very pleased with this upgrade!

Picture Quality is GREAT!!!

Bought this a week ago and haven't turned on any of the other 3 televisions in the house since. I'm thinking I might get a few more Vizio and change them out. ((: it comes loaded with a lot of what I'm used to getting on Roku.

disappointed you cant add Apps

How can you make a smart tv and be able to ad and or delete apps? Had I known a month ago I would not have made this purchase. My bad for going on name alone and not researching.

Hello! There is not a way to remove apps, but the TV has a built in Chromecast that will give you access to thousands of apps from your mobile device. Simply have your phone and TV connected to the same network, open the app on your phone and click the cast icon. You'll see your TV appear and you can now watch on your TV and do whatever else you want on your phone.

Terrible product.... same problem last 2 tvs

Have supported this brand from very beginning last 2 tvs havent even lasted more than a year and a half. TIRED OF WASTING MY MONEY!!!! Call customer service and they want to charge you the price of the tv just to fix it....VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Learning Curve

We had a Vizio before this one and loved it, so we bought another one. I've had to figure out all the new features but it's been a surprise and delight to do. We're really enjoying it!

Great TV and Reasonably Priced

I brought this TV a month ago. I am very happy with my purchase. I did not a little difficult setting up the TV but I call customer service. The customer service representative was very helpful, patience, kind, and knowledgeable.

Freezes up and shuts down randomly

I haven't had this TV a full 6mths and its already freezing up. Shutting down. Closing my apps when watching movies. I'm kinda confused what to do. Or why its not working properly. I have tried resetting it. Unsure of what to do next

Needs Firmware Update from purchase

I bought this TV a week ago and the smart cast won't work. I called Vizio and they said they're waiting on a firmware update to be developed. Didn't give me a timeline either.
