Not satisfied

I bought this TV in September and I am already having issues with the screen. The left edge is starting to go and the color is blurry. This is the 2nd Vizio I have purchased and I will not be buying another one!!

Hello Bretb31, at VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. Love the features and apps!

Love how easy it is to use the features and apps like Netflix and Hulu etc. had some difficulty getting it to sync up with our soundbar, but finally got it figured out. Great tv for the price

Great customer service!

Had issues with smart cast. Called customer service they walked me through everything. Very impressive service from rep who refused to let me go without resolving my issue. I get frustrated easily and this guy was like iceman.

Fantastic for the price

The picture quality is fantastic and as it's primarily used for gaming I can say the quality and performance exceeded my expectations. If you don't have the $$$ for a higher end model this is the perfect entry into 4K HDR TV's.

Completely happy with the TV. Only one complaint, the screen should be more shatter resistant. Having a 6 year old makes it hard to keep a tv more than a year. Had to replace this tv 3x in 3 years.

Love it! Picture and sound quality are great!

Bought this recently and love it. The only thing I would change is I wish they had more tv channel specific apps (TLC, MTV, Bravo...etc.) as I would prefer not to cast from my phone. I also wish the remote had voice command.

Great Value

We purchased a 55 inch Vizio for our Master bedroom and really enjoy the picture quality. I have always enjoyed Vizio televisions they are of high quality and value.

Great TV, picture is amazing also bought the Vizio 20" 2.0 channel sound bar as well. I'm going to CUT THE CORD, and the streaming apps included with this TV are a plus, and with my hearing issues the sound bar is awesome!!

Not like our other Vizios

We bought a new Vizio Smart TV and are very displeased with it. Remote and on TV controls randomly stop working, and it does not have access to all of the apps that our Roku did. Picture color is off balance and we have not been able to fix it.

Great picture

I like the picture and optical sound output. I have powered on maybe 20 times and had to use reboot function twice. I haven't had other problems that others have complained about Smartcast. Both Chromecast and Airplay work fine.
