I didn't get a manual or paperwork with the TV. I very unhappy about that. The TV doesn't have any paperwork so I think I was sold a used TV, but the store doesn't have any more TV.

This is a perfect TV. Crystal clear imagery and all of the smart app features. We also use the pairing mold to put things on our phone on the big screen.

I have been buying Visio since the early 2000's and this is my 4th one and I am very impressed over all of the Smart's in this one...last 3 were dumb and had to use a Firestick, well not anymore.

Love it except you can't open a regular internet explorer which is a reason I wanted a smart TV so I don't have to hook up my laptop. Besides that issue I love it!!

got this TV a few weeks ago. We realized after buying a few different ones that we tend to gravitate toward the Vizio brand for TVs because their picture is great, and compared to similar sizes and price points, Vizio is just a better brand.

I had it a few days and noticed that when I used an app, it would freeze up and I constantly had to reboot system. I finally gave up and returned it for another brand and knock on wood. Have not had a problem

It's a great TV. Only reason I gave it a four it's because I keep having a hard time to set up my VUDU Account on this particular TV. Not sure why.. But other than that, this TV has been great.

Reasonable price/ great smart tv features with added bonus of many stations and apps I was not aware of- makes for lots of extra stuff to watch! and very easy to learn to control.

We had a Vizio before this one and loved it, so we bought another one. I've had to figure out all the new features but it's been a surprise and delight to do. We're really enjoying it!

58 inch Visio to replace my old 50 inch that finally blew out a line of pixels. These TV's are tough and hold up to long hours of play with no issues. Visio has been my choice for TV's ever since the CRT's became history. Keep up the good service.
