It's a great tv only down side is sometimes when you hit the button for all the apps the tv does nothing and looks like its off when its actually on but i just unplug it and plug it back in and it goes back to working good jusy doesn't make much sense why it does that.

Awesome.

Amazing TV. First time I ever bought a new TV and I am very satisfied. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because i still dont know how to search for other apps or if the ones I have are all that are available. Other than that I am more than happy with the TV.

Stopped working not even a year after purchase!

Bought tv last year and have kept it flawless. Haven't even watched it but more then a hand full of times and now it won't even turn on. This product is awful! I cannot believe that I spent money on this. I have had a Samsung for 15+years and it still works just like the day I bought it. I am so disappointed. I'm not sure if I can get it repaired or what would need repaired it has been so well taken care of and doesn't power on.

Great tv!!!!!!!

I have two Vizio TV and I love them. I got one when it first came out in stores and it is running like a champion. Then about a few weeks ago I got a more updated version and the picture quality is AMAZING!!!!!! I have recommended this product to many of my friends, family and coworkers

My 20 year loyalty to Vizio will be ending

I have bought three Vizio televisions in the past. My oldest still works, my second oldest bought in 2014 was working when I passed it along to my parents as I opted to buy a newer Vizio tv in 2021for my new apartment. Now, the 2014 television has stopped working properly and my parents are left with nothing. I attempted to contact support to help, but without the receipt THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! Also, I did research and this is a know problem for that model. Who keeps receipts for 7 years, the store and bank does not even have the record. My next television will not be Vizio!

Still Questionable

This is my 2nd Vizio....bought 1st one in December 2019.... (65").... After about 3 months there was some dark shading at the bottom of the TV. I contacted Vizio, and they sent a brand new TV (same brand and size) about 2 weeks ago. So far so good, but we will see

Great Features

I bought this about two weeks ago when my ancient first generation smart TV bit it after about 10 years; and it's amazing! I love that it interacts with Alexa and all the available streaming functions. If I had to criticize on one thing the sound is kinda basic; it's pretty good, but not spectacular. Overall a great TV!!!!

It's ok

I bought this thinking it would be just as good as a Roku Tv and I regret it! I wish I could get my money back for it. I've had to reset this tv over 10 times since I've bought it. Half the time it doesn't want to play or turn on. Just a total regret. Advice don't buy this tv! Get a Roku instead.

THIS WILL BE MY LAST VIZIO

Terrible TV. I have owned this TV six months and I am forced to reboot daily. Lately the SmartCast TV is not available so I'm unable to use the TV at all. Something told me I should have stuck with LG or Samsung but I've had Vizio in the past and could not pass up the cheap price but I guess it's true…you get what you pay for. I HATE THIS TV.

Great features

I bought this a few months ago along with a smart Samsung tv and let me just say the Vizio is so much easier to navigate through. If I could go back in time & get two vizio's I would. I don't need cable for this tv because it comes with free tv (not just your local news channels either) & all other streaming apps with just one hit of a button and you're on the app ready to watch whatever you want.
