Love it!

Got this TV at a local grocery store for a steal. With the help of my tech-savvy son, who detailed the important features, I bought it to discover it exceeded all expectations. This is my second Vizio big screen TVs purchase. That now makes me a loyal follower.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV for 3 years and have no complaints. Vizio is stilling updating the firmware, the last update was 3-2023. This tells me Vizio cares for its customers by keeping their product up to date. Must companies quit updating their product before the purchase date.

I bought this tv based on past experiences with Vizio TVs. I am pleased wit it's performance but not happy that it dose not support Sling. One of my reasons for buying a new tv was to be able to cancel my cable subscription which I have done. I found a work around that enables me to now got Sling.

Good features

I bought this when my Visio of 14 years died. To me this one is not as nice as the old one. I don't appreciate the fact that someone has decided that DVD players are obsolete. Now I have to buy a new DVD player to play my workout DVD's. This is my last Vizio

Do not use with Nvidia shield

Thought I would be able to ignore the smart functions and just use my Nvidia shield to stream. Nope. System incompatibility with CEC between them means they don't turn on together. Very annoying. Stop trying to make TVs smart. I'd rather have the things that plug in be smart.

The SmartCast System is very Intuitive.

The Vizio V series is a great entry level line. I only with that I could download additional apps. Disney+ and other apps that are not preloaded must be casted via smart phone or accessed via a separate streaming device. Ideally, all streaming would run through the TV.

Always, Consistent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase, made 6 years ago, for a SunRoom in planning; this month it came out of the box and installed into the livably completed sunroom! All 6 of the Tv in our home are Vizio, this is the largest sized purchased, but has the Consistent Quality, Characteristics, Functions, and Expectations of all sizes, down to the 32”!!! I recently bought 2 Vizio 40” (accidentally 1 step up in size) for our Grandchildren…..our son also has a,”Vizio,” Household!

Great smart tv

I bought this 3 months ago and My experiences are amazing I am very happy with the TV ,chromecast is very nice feature I have already recommended 2 friends and they have also purchased the same 55 inch V series TV. Overall experience is nice and definitely recommended

Great purchase

Have been a vizio owner for years ,sorry i got rid of my 55" the sound was better than the new one,new one has a better picture,also lighter in weight,have thought about asking my granddaughter to trade for my old tv just for the sound i would purchase this tv again but would have to add a sound bar.

The most enjoyable TV experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like not using a separate device plugged into the tv. Having nearly everything available I use and being able to use Chromecast and Apple for the things not available is overall fairly smooth. Talked to GF about getting a Large Screen Vizio for our new home because using multiple devices has been clunky.
