Another great Vizio!

This is my 3rd Vizio tv. The first I bought in 2008 and still works great. I have it in the second bedroom. The second one is a 26 inch model that I put in the kitchen. This last one is a 40 inch model that I have in the main bedroom. They're just great TVs.

Overall good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Vizio for a while now and it's done fine. Updates regularly and has many apps to watch for free. Only reason it's getting 4 stars is because it doesn't offer Spotify. I realize there are other ways to get Spotify on screen, but those options aren't available to me. Besides that, no problem.

Great features, worry about the screen.

The OS has always been something Vizio does well. I've had my plasma Vizio TV for ~11 years, still going strong. I went through a few other brands before jumping back on the Vizio train. I do worry about the durability of this screen. When I move the TV using the mount, there is strange color distortion. Could just be me getting use to a new TV but other brands such as LG and Phillips didn't do this on the same mount.

Free TV

I bought this for outside and didn't want an additional cable box. Some of the reviews said the internet Free TV software/hardware didn't work well. Mine works great. Can't get national stations but it does have a very good selection of alternative programming.

Frustrating

Waste of money!

I bought my tv in December. It has purple and green lines going through the picture. Unfortunately I lost my receipt. I went to the retailer I bought it from to see if they could look it up. They told me I'd have to contact Vizio so I did. I was told they couldn't do anything without the receipt and I'd have to go to the retailer. I explained that I already had and was told to contact them. I asked for a manager to call me and they told me first thing in the morning they would.. we'll they did not so I called back the next day. Same story would not let me speak with anyone else. I bought a Vizio because it's made in the U.S. If a company is so poorly run and don't back there products the shouldn't be in business. So I wasted my money and time trying to resolve the issue. So I can watch tv I purchased a different one certainly not a Vizio. I will let everyone I know that it's a poor brand and not to waste their.

Consistently great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd vizio smart TV and I love it. I used to only purchase Samsung tvs and Vizio is a far better bang for your buck. Never had any issues with this current TV and my older one is several years old and when it finally goes I will be replacing it with another vizio.

Very Smart TV ..

Love the resolution 4K and the streaming features, I can see YouTube with just a couple of click on the remote without having to indicate what HDMI to use. Very cool product. Very happy . This is my 4th Vizio .. I had an older 55" and it was not 4K and would not work with Amazon .. so I bought this one which is 60" much better.

Perfect Upgrade

We upgrade from a Samsung to a Vizio. We were very skeptical at first but when we fully installed the TV we were blown away with how vibrant the colors were. We messed around with the settings, calibrated the TV correctly and the picture just pops. It was definitely worth the upgrade. Looking forward to many years with this TV.

Not great

Have had continued issues with this TV. Started at just over 1 year old having issues and have had multiple different issues for the last 18 months. Can't say that I'll look at Vizio again when I look to purchase another TV. I have 6 other TVs (all ‘lesser' name brands and have not had a single issue with any of them and they are all several years older than my Vizio.

Great features

I bought this a few months ago and was surprised when I got home all the features it had that I didn't realize went up to the Internet it has 54 apps already on it also you can hit one button that says Free TV and it automatically goes to Pluto TV something that I had on my fire stick. That's another thing the remote for this TV operates my 4K fire stick and my buzz Vid stick, also if you have these devices you can just hit the home button on your device like fire stick and it will automatically change inputs also I have Alexa hooked up to it to turn it up and down on and off I'm so amazed with this TV I love it!!!
