Nice TV for the price

It's a 4K HDTV with some quirks until you turn off the default settings. For example, the television go nuts if the internet connection is turned off until you change the default setting. I also would not suggest connecting this TV to a PC no matter how great the video card is. The TV doesn't play well with a PC. The sound is the typical tinny type you expect from most TV's. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. You pay the cheaper price you get a cheaper quality TV. Unfortunately, I am from the old school way of thinking when American manufacturers and their employees took pride in their work and were willing to put their name on what they had made because they were had no doubts about the quality of their work.

I love the features of the television

We bought the television when we received our economic impact payment and we love it. The only problem I have is that I think that there should be more speakers or provide better sound because as we have it installed on the wall we have to turn the volume up pretty high to hear it for music and we are very much into music! Glad we bought the surround system because the television speakers themselves just wouldn't do!

Excellent Product

Ever since I bought my first VIZIO TV a couple of years ago, I have been amazed at the features and quality. This new 50" 4K UHD is no different. We bought this for our master bedroom and wall-mounted it, replacing a 39" VIZIO. We are quite pleased with the clarity and features - and now I can reuse the 39" VIZIO in my home office!

Wonderful System

I bought this tv a couple weeks ago and am delighted with the picture, sound quality and the overall functionality of the apps installed with one exception. I live in a nursing home where we share a common Wi-Fi connection provided by the home and you cannot Cast from other devices on an unsecure wi-fi. Bummer, but all the other capabilities are great and I highly recommend this TV, you can't go wrong with this unit.

Great TV, excellent graphics, easy of use, support

Bought this tv recently and so far it's been awesome. Picture quality is great and its easy to use. Only drawback is that it doesn't have HBO Max as an app - but assuming that will be added soon (and can cast from a device via airpod or google chrome). The Alexa (and Google Home) support is nice as well.

Wonderful clarity and color.

I previously purchased a Visio 43" Smartcast. I loved it so much that I returned and purchased a Visio 50" Smartcast. I love the clarity of the images and the broad range of colors. I am very pleased with my new Smartcast. I will definitely continue buying Visio, in the future.

Great view

I love the quality and picture of the tv. The only problem I am experiencing with it is I have also hooked up a digital antenna that o had hooked up on my last tv and I cannot get any channels. It will not let me go back in and reprogram them either.

Easy onscreen directions for setup...for seniors

Bought an RCA online Walmart.com In December 2019 came in damaged recieved 2nd TV in Feb. 2020. Six months later No Picture...horrible warranty process from August - December 2020. Recieved check for damaged TV. Went right to Costco and purchased VIZO.

Best Smart TV

I bought this tv over a year ago and I love it. I love that different streaming apps are built into the tv. Very convenient and easy to use! My most favorite feature is the chrome cast! I can cast anything to the tv from my phone, iPad or laptop! It's been a big help with assisting my son with virtual learning.

A Good Solid 4K Television

We've had the our VIZIO V-Series™ 58” Class 4K HDR Smart TV for about 6 weeks now and enjoy it immensely. Has all the features you'll find on a high end television the sound is awesome with my sound bar and woofer. The picture is superior to other brands we've had in the past. Would definitely recommend the purchase.
