Beautiful picture. Great features. one flaw

This TV was bought for my mother-in-law's space. It seemed great after initial setup, but when she tried to turn it on the next morning, there was no sound. The TV reported "no audio signal." I checked all the connections and eventually unplugged the TV and restarted, and the sound was back. Unfortunately, this was a chronic problem. Some research online confirmed that I wasn't the only person with this problem. Some people who shared their solutions seemed okay with unplugging each time they wanted to watch TV. Others tried other solutions. For convenience's sake, and because it wasn't for me, rather my mother in law, we returned the product to the place of purchase and bought another brand. If it had been for me, I may have experimented a little longer to try to find a solution. I have another Vizio TV, and have not had similar problems.

The TV is ok

I would have given this TV 5 stars but it freezes a lot and the plastic screen makes the pictures look fuzzy. I do like the size and some of the shows that stream in 4k are cool. I'll keep it for a while but will probably purchase a different brand with a glass screen.

Features are fine, sound not so great

Bought the TV several weeks ago, easy to set up, although there were some issues but the VIZIO representative was able to talk me through it. One thing that is lacking is the sound. Our previous TV had great sound, only needed the volume to be 30, this TV has the sound system at the bottom & does not project into the room, we need to set the volume at 80 to hear it properly.

Good tv

I was looking for 32inc tv with 1080 solutions during black Friday but did not find any good deal for this size of the tv. So I decided to looking for bigger size and i found this tv with 4k solutions and the price was affordable. Have some trouble setting up this tv because it kept locked up few time. Have to call customers service because the setup will not passed this setup section. Customer service was great very helpful. After setup was done. The tv looks great with 4k contents. Con: wish it can download more apps.

No program guide, sound out of sync.

We bought this because our ancient Vizio LCD wouldn't maintain sound synchronization with our Vizio sound bar. Hey, the old TV was built before current audio and surround standards, so no big surprise. The V505-G9 has proven to be worse. Doesn't matter if it's OTA programming, streaming, playback from our external DVR - the sound loses sync, and the only way to get it back is power cycling the sound bar. None of the audio settings have made a significant difference, and the problem is not consistent. HDMI and optical link had identical results. Maybe the Vizio sound bar is at fault. But shouldn't these products work and play nicely?

Great crisp picture!

I love this tv, I'm only having 1 problem that's driving me crazy & any tips would be great! I can't seem to pair my cable (RCN) remote with my TV & its making me crazy to have to use 2 remotes! Other than that, I love that all my streaming needs are right there and all I had to so was sign in 1 time & now everything is all set for me to stream at the push of 1 button instead of a couple. The sound is good , could be better but it could also be where I have the TV set up no place for the sound to bounce around! All in all I'm extremely happy with my purchase & I would definitely purchase a larger one for downstairs if that done happens to go like my bedroom one did, which by the way was also a Vizio flat screen from when my daughter who is now 25 was about 10 when I purchased it for the living room! It lasted that long & I'm sure this one will too!

Wonderful Viewing Experience

I got this smart tv about a month ago after repeatedly declaring I wanted to upgrade our former tv. This TV has changed our family viewing habits for the better. It was the first time in while that we've all enjoyed movies together. We didn't just watch, we felt like we were actually close to the action on the screen. The images are so clear and sharp! And with the smart functions, we have an almost infinite selection of movies and videos to watch without having multiple boxes and usb sticks plugged in. I would definitely purchase a Visio TV like this again.

Great Picture Quality!

This is the 4th Vizio in the house, which already tells a lot about the quality and performance. Just can't beat the price/quality ratio! In general TV (SmartTV) interfaces have a way to go, but this is one of the best. I really like the format, however it lags and doesn't quite do all of the things I want. Probably because I'm spoiled by the AppleTV. We use AppleTVs with all of the VIZIO TVs in the house, so the built in SMART TV interface isn't really important to us. But I did think it was the best so far after testing it.

Detailed pic/great color

I bought this TV 3 weeks ago and so far I'm happy with it. The only thing I dont like Is the speakers have been moved to the back of the TV so when the TV sits in the nook area toy have to turn the volume up louder to hear it which I don't like. My previous Vizio had the speakers on the bottom front of the TV and it was ideal for those of us who have homes with a built in TV nook area! Love the TV itself but previous design with speakers on the front was much better!

Always liked VIZIO'S but

Just bought this for myself for Christmas and a few days later I noticed a tiny dot of light on the screen, I really don't want to go through the hassle of taking it back, You can't tell once a show starts, I purchased a warranty so if it becomes a problem I'll get another one, other than that no problems.
