It's okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have problems with my tv after a while from having it. My tv freezes, it lags, i have to reset the tv multiple times in one day just to fix the tv to watch it. It's annoying dealing with this tv. The sound has problems sometimes and the updates are okay but they don't help, I think it makes it worse sometimes. I love the color and the clearness of course but software wise, it's not so good. I'm too lazy and cheap to get a new tv so I just deal with all the problems. Resetting takes a minute but it's just annoying having to do it everyday.

Great features!

This was a replacement TV to my previous Vizio. I've loved Vizio products for quite some time now. I needed to upgrade to get all the newer technology, especially 4K. Let me tell you if was worth it. I got all the newer technology features with a great price too. I highly recommend Vizio to all my friends and family.

Fantastic picture and sound!

Bought this TV in March 2021 for my husband. He is disabled and TV is his primary source of entertainment. This thing only gets turned off when there is a power failure. It's critical sanity saving electronics in this house. It has an outstanding picture quality on HDMI and the audio is best on an optical digital cable. So long as it holds up to long term usage, it is worth every penny I paid for it.

easy to use and set up

I recently purchased this TV because it was a great price. Great tv, easy to navigate interface looks great with my xbox on it. if i had to knock it, it would be the sound quality is a little low for my taste but i havent messed with anything in the settings to try to improve the quality of it. the sound out the box is a little flat but im sure i can improve it with the EQ

All in all Great Qualities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love all the apps that are preset installed on it and easily accessible. Picture quality is exactly what I wanted. Sound quality is good. I think TVs in general have lost quality on sound to rely on customers to buy sound bars and home theater systems, but this was good enough for me and my kids.

You can't add apps

The picture and sound are pretty good, but you're stuck with the selection of apps that are already on the TV - apps that someone else chose. If you want to install a different app, too bad. Your options are to cast it, or watch it on another device. If I had known this, I would not have bought this TV.

Great to have a smart TV

I bought it 2 weeks ago and it operates great but it is propped us against the wall because the legs were too small. (Identical to the ones on my 42 inch VIZIO). I have a pending order for the correct legs but the lockdown keeps me from getting them out of the warehouse.

Great!

I love The Vizio brand. I have a Vizio tv that is 14 years old and still running great! i am hoping to get the same use out of this one. It has a great picture and features. Easy to hook to my wifi to get access to all the apps that are preinstalled.

Ease of setup and seamless with Vizio Soundbar

I've had a lot of TVs over my 50 plus years and I have always found it to be more and more frustrating with each newer TV to simply set it up. Not the case with this one. I bought a Visio sound bar at the same time and it took me less time to set up both than I ever could hope for. I now fell like I'm sitting in a movie theater. Three picture is great and the sound blows you away.

So far I'm not to impressed.

Several times while watching a show I've had to restart the show because when it comes out of a break there's no picture. And today I haven't been able to watch anything because the app's aren't working. I've have my old Vizio for over 10 years with no problems. With this one I can't say that. I've only had it for 3 months and I'm not happy about it. As of right now I'm not going to say I'd recommend it.
