Decent tv

This is my second one of the 70” and still having issues. Freezes up, volume goes up or down by itself and the apps glitch in the middle of shows so we miss a few seconds and have to rewind. I also have a 55” same mode type and it does the same things. For the price of 70” it's a good buy and Vizio is helpful or replaced the last one.

Vizio for all

I got this new TV about a month ago. Was to replace my first ever flat-screen TV that I bought a out 12 to 15 years ago. (Maybe more) time escapes me. That flat screen was a Vizio. This brand has been fantastic for me and my family. Only my second large TV. The 50" replaced a 42" and takes up only 3 inches more space with a much larger screen. Full disclosure, I do have 3-32" Vizio smart TV's in various places in my house, or travel trailer. Thank you Vizio. Great product. Great picture. Fantastic reliability. Keep it up!

Awesome TV

Bought this tv after originally purchasing a 60” Samsung tv to replace our 60” Sony tv which the wireless network connection went out on. Had to return the Samsung tv because of 2 reasons 1st was do to the fact that it would only connect to the internet at 2ghz speed and the 2nd was do to the picture going in and out. This Vizio tv has great picture and connects to the internet at the 5ghz speed . This Vizio tv is awesome.

Ok TV. Misleading

Just purchased my new smart tv today. I don't have cable but stream like most people seem to be doing. I'm not real thrilled that I'm unable to download an app to watch tv that isn't already pre-loaded onto the TV. Sure, I can mirror from my iPad, smart phone etc, but this doesn't help if I'm not home and someone is housesitting for me? So far I'm unimpressed.

Hi saseavoy! VIZIO SmartCast TV's have chromecast technology and Apple AirPlay 2 features to help customers get the apps they want, when they want to watch it. These features are different than mirroring as your device is telling the TV to go to the service and play the video. This can be done by anyone who is on the same network as the TV from a phone, tablet, or computer.

Repeat Customer But Sub-Average Sound

I have always been a fan of the Vizio brand and have bragged on it numerous times. With this new purchase, I am extremely disappointed to the horrible sound. impeccable sound is extremely important to me and this sounds so cloudy, so often… Muffled. We are the music is crisp but the dialogue is unclear. I've had to turn the sound up in the 70s to get what I feel is a crystal clear sound. I can't help but think that is designed specifically to force customers into purchasing the Vizio Sound Bar. That in itself is giving me a very bad taste in my mouth for this brand.

picture quality

not really what I was expectation dark movies are not good to see and also not enjoin to see movies on it I guess I get what I paid for and I going have to upgrade to QLED I think that has better quality resolution just remember what's more important for you money or quality think twice before buy this tv

Great television!

I bought this about 4 months ago for our bedroom and it works wonderfully! Easy to set up and provides easy access to most streaming apps. If you have a firestick come red to it as well, you'll be 100 percent satisfied. Great picture, highly recommend.

Great quality tv!

I bought it a few weeks ago after my old vizio (of 8 years) died. Got it for a reasonable price and the picture quality and brightness is great the gaming mode is wonderful for input lag. Having built in chromecast is a wonderful feature for streaming while still having all of the streaming apps available if you dont want to use your phone. It also includes apple air play which I have not used because I dont own an iphone. Overall the tv is a great 4k tv with hdr and would recommend for casual use or heavy gaming or streaming use

Great product .

I saw this product when I was shopping and for the price and the extra 3 year warranty included with the price was a awesome deal , I tried to compare the price with another store but they could not match it in fact the sales associate told me to buy this product and boy do I not regret it. Smiling face and hearts since emojis are not permitted.

50" Vizeo TV

I bought this TV about 2 weeks ago and have really enjoyed it. I have owned several Vizio's through the years and they have always given me good service which is why I chose it over another brand in the same price range that was rated a little bit higher. The different components are easy to move through from antennae TV to streaming sites to gaming components and blue ray player. There are a couple of things that make me give it a 4 though instead of a 5. I am not sure if it is because of the size of the screen or what but at times the color is not as true and rich as my other Vizeos. I have attempted to change the settings and it has helped some but still not always as vivid and true to color. The other thing is that when I run HULU and Netflix through the smart TV part of the TV, the sound is very, very low having to turn the volume up to 60 or higher to achieve what I have been able to hear at a 25 on my other Vizeos. I bought a Firestick for my new TV and was going to take it back since I had the Smart TV capability but decided to plug it in to see if it was the streaming service itself or the TV. The Firestick reception gives a much better picture when streaming and much fuller and clearer sound and can easily set the volume at a 20 or 25 so I have to assume it has to do with the Smart TV component's connection to the internet. Neither is a reason to not buy the TV but was surprised based on my past experiences.
