Little frustrated

Great Pucture

My husband bought this TV a couple of months ago. Great picture and sound. I wish it would have come with a user manual to figure out how to use the smart TV feature. I have better things to do beside google user manual. Therefore the 3 star rating.

Hello Little frustrated, thank you for taking time to leave us some feedback. There are a couple different ways to access a users manual. Once the TV is connected to your wifi network, you can head in to the TV menus to view it at the bottom there. The second way is through support.vizio.com and searching your model number. Wonderful Viewing Experience!

We Bought this TV and the VIZIO series 5.1 Sound Bar...this week. It was very easy set up and love the smart detect features when connecting our DVD, game consoles etc. Great picture, great sound...price is definitely right not to mention the warranty and support and powerful partnership with the retail store that sold it to us! Great Job VIZIO!

Great features

Great picture

Working good so far...only been about 2 weeks..also sometimes on the input selection the tv screen magnifies or something..not sure... no updates needed..just acting a little weird and the remote control sometimes lagg.. will contact service department!

Awesome display with great features!

Awesome digital package included with access to all the latest apps, including Disney+. My son uses it primarily but it is by far a great television with an awesome 4k display. He transitions between television, digital apps, Nintendo gaming and a computer connected through HDMI seamlessly. Well worth the purchase.

Too many glitches

Initially I had trouble setting this up but after doing a factory reset was able to get it working. I've had several instances where the tv won't turn on at all. I have to manually hold down the power button for several seconds before it will turn on. I also keep getting kicked out of shows, not sure why. Sometimes it will go back to home but usually the unit turns off. The volume doesn't stay consist between the channel apps.

Excellent!

We bought this a couple of weeks ago and it was so easy to set up. I can't believe the picture and the options for connecting to the many apps, AirPlay, devices, etc. for the price. We also purchased a sound bar and sub woofer and they literally set themselves up!

Great Picture

I bought another brand of 4K TV and the picture was horrible. The people looked like they were dead and the color was washed out. I returned it immediately and went back to what I know, I have two other VIZIO's. The picture is fabulous, the color is rich. I will continue to purchase VIZIO.

Perfect fit for our household

We were looking to upgrade our TV to something a little larger and more modern. The Vizio not only fit our space perfectly, but its built in stand was tall enough to allow for clearance of our sound bar and avoid using a universal stand that took up a lot of space around our entertainment center. The video quality is fantastic (as far as I can tell) and we have the audio run through our receiver and it sounds noticeably better than our previous TV. In addition, the set up was intuitive and simple. I have poor vision and the quality of the display is fantastic. I can actually read it when a show has text messages as part of the dialogue or expects you to read a hand written note. That was impossible on our previous TV. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone.
