Great Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently bought this tv I had and when I brought it home to set it up. I realized they had a new update that allowed to connect to Alexa and apple home device. This was a major plus and also made it to where you can organize the apps you use on it. Would recommend!

Bargain price with great features!

Great bargain price and on arrival so easy to set up and get running. Lots of apps available (but would love to be able to add a few of my own, ie: Boomerang/Cartoon Network) A voice activated remote would be fantastic as well! But the picture is remarkable! A bargain with great features!

I purchased this several months ago. It is adequate for the price that I paid. Had some problems with the sound after connecting wireless headphones to the optical digital output. I am fairly computer savvy and was able to resolve the issue after an hour of playing with the settings and more than a few curse words! Woe to the non computer savvy user (like my wife).

Great TV

Purchased as an early Christmas Gift. Beautiful picture and excellent sound. Everything works. One feature I don't like. When you select INPUT on the remote, I don't like the scrolling left to right display and it DOES NOT give you enough time to make the selection. The vertical list on my old TV is much better and it should stay on the list until a selection is made. Other than that ( OLD PEOPLE don't move that fast ) , its great. Warning, its BIG & VERY HEAVY. It will take TWO people to unbox and set up. The mount or stand must be RUGGED.

Quality & Performance at a Price That Is Unreal!

I bought this TV about 6 months ago and I can't believe the quality of the picture at this price point. I love the this profile and user friendly controls and the remote is a breeze to use. I coupled my tv with a Vizio sound bar and subwoofer and it took things to another level. So why 4 stars? One reason I bought this tv was for the airplay and Chromecast features. I have had a lot of connection issues that require a soft restart almost every time to find devices. The software needs some serious tweaking. I've also encountered sound not working on many apps that requires me to cycle through speaker options and magically sound seems to activate. The good news is that all my issues can be fixed through software updates. I live with the bugs as the pros outweigh the cons. If Vizio can make these updates and bug fixes happen this TV is a purchase no brained.

So far so good

I bought this tv at a very affordable price and it works wonderfully. I first bought a Vizio over 10 years ago when it first cake out and it still works. So I had brand familiarity. I'm not a fan of the button placements on the remote. Probably could've used some more r&d on that because it has a weird feeling. Also I don't like the mounting screw hole positions on the back of the TV. The same mounting device I had for my old Vizio can't even mount this new Vizio because the holes aren't spaced apart in the same manner which I don't like. In fact I'm not even sure it was even necessary for them to change the spacing of the mounting holes on the back. So that's the only other thing I would change.

Love this TV

I love this 4K Smart TV! Vizio makes high-quality products that last for a long time, and this is the latest in the line of Vizio televisions I own. This baby is feature-packed beyond belief and I am impressed and happy with this purchase. I love that it can cast apple or android content since we are a mixed device home, and it has all the streaming apps you can imagine ready to go.

Nice tv but came with problems

I bought this tv almost 2 weeks ago. Got home and set it up and everything worked fine except the Netflix app which is the main reason I purchased it. Called immediately and let them know what was going on and that I did all the troubleshooting. Made me do all the steps all over again only to have same problem. So basically I bought a brand new defected tv. They set up a appointment for a technician to come fix it which I still have been getting the run around about til this day. If it's not fixed soon just returning it and getting my money back (ALWAYS KEEP RECEIPTS!). Was a big fan of Vizio but now will start trying out other brands.

Great TV, Great Features

I had a 55" TV that just quit working so a new TV was a fact of life. Well why not upgrade at the same time.After some research I found this Vizio TV with everything I wanted and more. The price seemed perfect as well and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

My Vizio 55” tv was defective, there was a hardware failure. It worked fine until the tv stopped casting, and there were lines going across the bottom of the screen, it got so bad that lines were at the top of the screen also. I called the help line, and i found out that my tv had a hardware failure and it couldn't be fixed. My tv had a one year warranty, and it only lasted me 13 months. I couldn't get a replacement . I'm so disappointed.
