Very poor user interface

The user interface on this TV locks up and will not allow the "ok" or middle button to be pressed making it essentially useless. Since we only use Hulu, Disney+ etc it make it useless. We spoke to support and the only fix is to factory reset the TV. Which in fairness does work but I am having to do that multiple times a week and have to reset up all streaming accounts. Really time consuming and irritating.

65" LED TV

I purchased the 65" Vizio TV for my wife, as a Christmas gift. I installed it on the wall in our bedroom and she loves it, I also love it. I plan to purchase a large TV for the living room and it will be a Vizio, replacing an older, smaller Vizio TV that has been trouble free for some 10 years.

Perfect Reasonably-Priced 4K TV

Purchased two weeks ago and so far am loving this version of Vizio even more than than previous one I had (42 inch 1080p HD). The smart TV interface is a much needed improvement over the glitchy previous one, and the addition of PLUTO TV is an added plus.

I didn't know what to expect...

I bought this product almost 1 year ago and it stayed in the box until last week. I never had a smart TV before and I thought set up would be complicated, so I had held off until I had the time. I finally set it up and I'm kinda mad I waited this long. Set up was really easy and fast, just putting in a bunch of login info (multiple times). I only use this TV as a smartTV it is not hooked up to cable or an antenna and I don't miss it. The PlutoTV and the other pre-loaded streaming (free and subscription) apps are great. The only thing that would make it better would be if I could download new apps to the TV. I thought I might need a sound bar, but the sound is great and the picture is clear. It took me a minute to get used to the interface, but once I did it was smooth.

Good value for the money

There are only three drawbacks to this television. One is the sound quality is not very good and there are no adjustments for bass or treble. A sound bar is a must with this TV. The second is the remote. There isn't an aspect ratio button, so you have to go through the system menu to make this simple adjustment. The third is the fact that the stand height is not adjustable. None of these were deal breaker for me and overall, I think this a good value for it's price range.

Good picture!

This product has a good picture! It also has a pretty easy set up, good sound, it also was a great price for the quality! Doesn't over power us or our entertainment center, although the main screen will take awhile to get used to after just owning Rokus for awhile!

Awesome Smart TV

Bought this Vizio after having a older version for over 10 years. It is our first smart TV and we are absolutely amazed at all of its features! Price was great for the product. Set up was easy. Only issue we have encountered was using it with Amazon Prime, but pretty sure the delay in establishing picture clarity when accessing some programs is a result of either our internet connection or the app. This is the only reason I did not give it five stars.

Not impressed.

This TV has settings best served for folks who use cable or some other type of paid programming. My problem is, I don't have anything like that. I enjoy free local broadcasting with a simple antenna. Another problem is the remote control. The numbers at the bottom of the pad make it a two handed affair to change channels. And if you press any of the wrong buttons it takes you away from local broadcast and its an ordeal to get it back.

This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

It's just awesome

Had a Vizio before and it lasted forever. So I bought another one. A bigger one. Now I have a 65 inch, and love all the new features. I am enjoying the clarity of the picture, and the quality of sound from the speakers. Would highly recommend purchasing one.

Gets the job done

Bought this about a year ago. Mainly use it for movies and video games and it performs as expected. Very clear images, has trouble with some very dark scenes but other than that, it's great! I've only used the standard speakers a few times, not terrible but I have a Bose soundbar hooked up to it and it does the tv justice. Big tv meds some big sound.
