My New TV

I just received my tv yesterday. It has great color and a beautiful picture. The only problem I am having is with the sound, I can not turn it up are down . It worked the first time I set up the remote then it quit and I haven't been able to fix it since. I hope I can get that taken care of soon because I really like the tv and don't want to send it back.

Good so far

The features are good so far! I'm a bit disappointed because I don't see the 4K Ultra HD quality just yet. I replaced another brand that I like because the screen faded and this was my second best choice. I need more time to see if this was the right choice.

Good TV

Bought this TV last year. So far it has been pretty good: great picture, good sound, very user friendly. The only thing would be is that the tv is glitchy from time to time. If the internet goes out, I have to redo the entire setup again. And once during the re-setup, the tv froze and I had to unplug it. But, overall it's a good tv.

Best Smart TV

I bought this tv over a year ago and I love it. I love that different streaming apps are built into the tv. Very convenient and easy to use! My most favorite feature is the chrome cast! I can cast anything to the tv from my phone, iPad or laptop! It's been a big help with assisting my son with virtual learning.

Nice TV for the price

Great picture and reasonable sound. Too bad HBO Now is not directly included. Individual channels sometimes slow to load from the Home screen. Great that you have to choice of direct ethernet and WiFi (I use direct ethernet). And I needed the Audio Out (both RCA and optical).

Great picture

I actually bought this television a while ago. I just took it out of the box and set it up, the picture is great, a little difficult to maneuvers though the different function, and I wish the bottom HDMI port on the back of the t.v. had more space under it. I can't use that port for my fire stick, not enough clearance space for the fire stick power source. I also wish the t.v had more than one USB port. All in all I do like the t.v.

Lagging Volume Control

I love the TV, but have had problems with the volume control lagging. I did the normal reading of Google, Vizio, and random sites on volume problems. Tried a number of things, about ready to return. I did the last resort of resetting to factory setting. A one hour paint to set everything up again but for a few hours, it has worked correctly. We will see if it comes back again. I read this was a common problem. Should have looked at a few other brands.

Quite disappointed.

I have to reset (unplug and plug back in) every single day now. One second it will be working fine then I change the show or movie and boom! No sound. Even when I switch input, it still doesn't work. None of my other smart tv's have this problem. It's a shame such a great brand name ends up producing a product such as this. This is definitely the last product I buy from you all. All I wanna do is watch some tv when I get home from work.

Great picture

So happy with this tv. Great picture, easy setup. We watch lots of British shows, so having Acorn app built in is a plus. But, disappointed that Britbox isn't. They will eventually need to upgrade to include that as it's becoming a favorite in this country.

Great TV features for the price

I bought my TV 6 months ago, and the reason that I chose this TV was because all of the features that were included. I don't have cable or satellite so I rely heavily on streaming apps. This TV has 10+ apps already loaded on it, in addition to the Watchfree feature that lets you stream about 100 channels for free. And you get all these features at a great price.
