So many issues

This tv has a few issues. 1, as I'm watching Netflix, Hulu etc it keeps blinking off and on to the main screen and back. 2, im constantly having to re-enter my wifi password. 3, the screen is soooo dark even when I adjust the brightness. I'm not sure how to reset it or fix the issue. Also, for this to be a smart tv it is very limited.

Great choice!

We bought our Vizio just before Thanksgiving and, never having owned or set up a flat screen TV before, needed help. We called the customer service line, expecting to be forced to communicate with robots and suffer long wait times. We were thrilled when a real-life human answered the call, was friendly and patient, and easily talked us through installation. We love our TV. Picture and sound quality are great. Best purchase we've made in some time. Thank you!

ok quality, but many flaws

I have been a Vizio customer for years, stuck with them even after some friends recommended another brand, wish I listened. I continuously have to reboot the tv to get "issues" corrected, from the home screen not loading to the audio not syncing to the video. Every few months, I have to reset to factory settings, which I loose my picture settings and have to reprogram everything else. The picture is good, but, the backlight of the tv is not consistent, so there are darker areas of the screen, which you really see when there is video movement.

Why I purchase Vizio television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 years ago I was under a budget I really like what I heard I wasn't married familiar with the new features of modern TVs of today so that's why I bought it and I don't regret it to this day.

Great TV

Wonderfully surprised by the quality of this economically priced product. Dont think just because it doesn't break the bank that it doesn't perform like others that cost way more. It has performed very comparable to those higher end brands that I've been used to purchasing. Pleased so far!!

I Simply Love It!

I purchased this TV on a Christmas Eve last year, I had plans of having it mounted, then coronavirus came in & completely shifted the world & the way we do things. Well, my nephew decided that I had waited long enough, & on last week, he set it up on a tv stand, until I'm comfortable having a tech person come into my home. When I say it was like a whole new world! Wow! Sooo many options, the color is awesome, and the pictures are crystal clear. I love it!

Great picture

Love the 50" tv we just bought but a week into using it, I turned it on and there was no sound. My husband tried several things to figure out why the sound went away. Finally after googling it, must happen a lot there were lots of article, he finally got it to work again. Hopping it stays, that was too much work to get the sound back.

Visio TV

We bought this TV a week or so ago without actually seeing the picture at the store. It came with great reviews according to the sales man. I personally am not all that happy with it. I don't like the input button. When pressed it shows up as a bar across the screen and you have to be really fast or it disappears. Also, you'll have a great picture on one channel but another channel will be washed out and not vibrant at all, or it will be too dark. Wish we had gotten the Samsung like we were going to.

Great picture and features

At such an affordable price, I am extremely with this TV. Beautiful picture and you can set custom picture and audio settings for each HDMI input. The smart features are seamless and incredibly easy to use and find whatever app you're looking for. As an added bonus, there's quite a bit of free TV channels, shows and movies included!

Why 3 stars

The only thing I do not like about this tv is I cannot remove unwanted apps and I cannot add the apps I want. That is enough for me to not purchase another vizio. The first smart tv I bought was a roku and after buying this vizio I will only purchase roku from here on out unless this issue get fixed. There is so many app I will never use I would like to remove and there are some apps I would like to add and there is no way to do so with this tv. I also cannot personalize my back ground or sounds or nothing like I can with my Roku.
